She soon changed into a beautiful churidhaar and came to the canteen in the lunch hour. Rey who was talking to Vicky and neha drinking his coke saw her and spit it out in shock. He was gaping at her madly as if he was watching a supernatural thing!
Taani came and sat beside him intentionally.
Viha clear their throat so that rey is back in canteen.
N: kya baat hai taani! Looking so different!
T: wo main aaj date pe jaa rahi hu!
Rey's eyes widened in shock and
R: kya?
T: haa, main aaj date pe jaa rahi hu!
N: kiske saath?
T: wo, my bro's fianc brother! We were talking to each other on phone for the past 10 days. And yesterday he asked me on a date! I am so excited neha! I can't just wait!!!
Neha understood her plan and
N: I am so happy for you taani!
Rey's blood was boiling, how dare she go on date with some stranger?
He left the canteen in anger and went to fire exit. He messaged taani to come there.
Taani entered the FE closing the door behind her, he suddenly caught hold of her arms and gripped them tightly.
She let out a cry and was petrified at his behavior.
R: I never thought you would steep so low taani! I never thought you will simply accept whoever asks you on date, no matter whatever it is! Shame on you taani! How can you do this being a girl? Do you have something called self respect? I feel so ashamed that I have respected you in my life!
He pushed her off from his hard dead grip and left the fire exit.
Taani sat down and was crying hard remembering those harsh words. She never thought in her wildest dreams that rey would be so harsh on her.
Next day
The whole singhania mansion was on full swing with engagement preparations and rey being the brother of Sharon indulged him in work.

The Shekhawats entered the mansion, including taani. Both rey and taani were not aware that about whom they spoke to test each other were themselves.
taani:
When both the families were exchanging hugs, then rey and taani saw each other and were utterly shocked!
When their parents introduced taani to singhanias and rey to shekhawats, the got another thunderbolt, they both were silent the whole day.
When, swayam and Sharon exchanged their rings, taarey saw the glistening love beaming in the eyes of those love birds. Soon, taani couldn't stand and rushed to the terrace.
She collapsed there and started crying, crying her heart out. His words shot her heart with such intensity that, she felt like dying.
R: taani!
Taani turned around and saw rey, she got up and was about to leave but he held her wrist and pulled her, he held her arms lightly but
T: sss!!!
He then saw his nail marks on her tender skin, his heart sank. He looked at her with teary eyes and stroke her arms gently but she pushed his hand.
T: rey, mujhe jaisi giri hui ladki par apni sympathy mat dikhao! It's an insult for you!
That hammered him into his soul!
R: taani! I am___ I am sorry!
He whispered to her!
T: it's okay mr. reyaansh singhania! Waise mujh jaisi ladki ko yeh sab sehna hi padta hai na! Thank you so much for showing me my standards!
This was enough for him! He pulled her by her wait and hugged her with all his might.
R: taani, I know ki maine bohot rudely baat ki hai tumse! I don't have any right to even comment on you! Aur maine itna kuch keh diya! Mere baatein maafi ke laayak nahi hai taani! But, I am hopelessly in love with you! And I can't lose you because of my arrogance! Please don't leave me taani! I just can't survive without you!
His tears were falling on her neck and shoulder drop by drop. Her heart was bleeding when he was crying!
Taani was also crying, she hugged him back in response. This oozed out his tension proving that she forgave him!
He pulled out and rested his forehead on hers, wiping her tears.
R: saara makeup kharaab ho gaya! Wiping her kajal
She wiped her kajal and
T: ab theek hai?
R: haan, and tumhaari lipstick bhi!
She was about to wipe it but
R: ahaa! Please give me the privilege! And he leant forwards, taani understood his intentions and kept her finger on his lip and bent her head blushing furiously.
Rey lifted her up and started to twirl her around, taani was scared and started laughing heartily, then she asked him to put her down looking at his face and he kept her down and then
T: I love you too rey!
He took her lip into his, she helplessly gripped the collar of his sherwani and he pulled out. They intertwined their fingers and went down to join the function.
