Father needs to mellow/toned down towards mother & stop keep on abusing her.

Mother needs to be strong and answer back husband respectfully without being scared.
Mother should stop talking to stupid son # 2

Latika should be supportive of her brother # 1 and help him succeed in business.
Actually - should hand over the business to him and take care of her family,,,,,just do consulting for family business.
