I think the problem with Zain is if he's backed into a corner or forced to do something against his will, he'll dig his heels in and make sure he convinces himself that he has other motives for actually doing whatever it is that he is doing...he was enjoying himself with her after the sheer khorma scene but reverted back to form in the car...if that even made sense!🤔
