Ajay blundered with U Me Aur Hum. He may try directing an action film. But I do not think he'll be great.

SRK is an entertainer and businessman, not director material. He will never try it. Even if he does, I don't expect him to dish out something solid.

Hrithik can perhaps do well if he has learnt anything from his dad and from his own experience. But I think a director needs to know audience. Hrithik knows himself. But does he know the audience? He should do more substantial work as actor before one can predict how he will do as a director.

I do not except Salman to enter direction either or do a good job of it, especially if he involves family for their "inputs".

Abhi needs to find something he is good at which is purely his.

He should try becoming an author. Write a book on how he lived under shadows of his more famous family and friends all his life and how he coped with it - it'll become a bestseller and he'll become a champion of underdogs overnight.

Or he should become family historian/biographer, keep publishing unheard stories and unseen pics of his more famous family and be sought after.

As a director there'll be no one to share the blame as it is in multistarrer flops as an actor. Being director is riskier for AB baby.

I'd like to see Ranbir direct one day since he studied filmmaking and assisted SLB while making Black. .

Ajay, that is if he gets a good script first.

But honestly I really can't imagine anyone of these really becoming good directors one day. They'll all probably turn producers and make money.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Irrfan Khan are the people who I expect will turn to direction and do a good job at it. Nawaz used to conduct workshops for actors earlier. He knows his art well.
