Yeah megha is right..we had the list up and given time too in between.

If members didnt show up..then we have to decide the winner among those who have debated, we cannot replace them with another member from the same team.

No no. Not joining at this moment. It is just that before the start of debate is it possible to ensure that all of them are here? Many might not even check the schedule. So if someone has an emergency then the other person in the list can exchange the place. I was talking about at the beginning not in the middle. That would be unfair.

well...wat i do it i PM every member whoes turn it is to debate that week....like i PMed u last week naa...

so if sum1 has any problems or cannot participate that week...they can tell me b4 the debate starts...

i pmed each member from this week as well...sum said they are busy in the begining but will be able to participate in the middle of the week...others said they will be there..

if there is such cases...we will exchange the members...thas y i pm everyone b4 the debate starts.. 😊 but this week...everyone said they were fine with it...pata nahi kya hua

Megs , I didn't know u r calling beforehand to everybody so that they know it's their turn...I thought after each week everybody automatically knows whose turn it is now, as u r going up numerically .....

Well ,the only possible reasson I could come up with , is, if the computer acts up ( mine did last week )....
