glorifying pervmeet

it could only be expected in ekta kapoor's serial's that screen space is given to perverted actions and thoughts. how far is this thing with parmeet going to go before it ends. seriously, this is probably the only serial i have seen ion recent months that is using such perverted feelings and thoughts as part of their story lines. yes we do see men lusting after women, but to the extent that parmeet is doing it [recently, telling himself control parmeet control], is ridiculous. at a time in India when there is an outcry because of women suffering at the hands of similar people in society, it is highly irresponsible of ekta to portray such ludicrous feelings of perverted individuals. seriously, if it was necessary as part of the story to show this pervertedness of parmeet [which i don't think it is], why can't it be wrapped up quickly, and by showing a message to women in similar situations that they should not have to deal with this behaviour. as we all know in many instances it is such situations such as that ishita is in that can end up leading to rape. the actions of pervmeet are being glorified each time he does this pervertedness in screen. this is not required. she can show him as someone who cheats on his wife, but as someone who is preying on women, drugging them [vodka in juice scene] and then attempting to do something with them is wrong.

D way they r showing is not needed even they say script demands lol. Just business by trying to sensationalise d burning sensitive issue lol.

Parmeet is a negative character, and I think there just explaining the character...like I dont want to hear this thoughts but I think they explain what he plans on doing...I think glorifying it would be if Raman was the one having thoughts...just my opinion

People like Parmeet exist in today's society. Especially in our so called middle class too. Close relatives taking advantage of kids to ladies in a house are so common now. If the serial characters do not lambast Parmeet after his intentions are known, then that will be glorifying him. As far as Ekta goes, I think she will show Parmeet to be thrown once his intentions r revealed (hopefully). Average human being a social n emotional person does not likes to have negativity around them but for a daily soap they have to blend in factors like this. In IshRa love saga, the bond first has to be cemented by trust, faith, family love. Then only this love story will take place as they have come together not for themselves but for Ruhi. Always the way love is overboard, negativity is also shown overrated in daily soaps / movies as the impact has to be more. But in the end , we all know that IshRa love will happen n blossom but all this hurdles are required else it will end in 1 month 😊
