this man has so many girls falling for him but then he did such crime
first i thought he might not be the actual rapist but after watching the flashbacks it clear
But the show is really interesting ;its not about love or passionate love story ;it about justice .I hope people just try to make them jodi ;durga doesnt deserve shaurya.He isnt guilty ;remember crime cannot be forgived ;look at the girl condition ;its horrible!

I still cant blieve that CV's will really portray Shourya as a rapist. Maybe there is some kind of misunderstanding. Maybe he had an affair with Payal and was not willing to continue with her. That maybe the reason why Payal was begging him. Then maybe someone might have drugged her and raped. She might have thought it was Shourya. The flashback was shown from Durga's perspective. So maybe Durga is mistaken and maybe he is really innocent in Payal case. And also Sakshi told him not to fool around and be careful. Maybe he was just fooling around then also. So mayyybee he is innocent. I really like this track but I dont want Shourya to be portrayed as a rapist.. 😕

in the flaskback Payal was calling 'Shaurya's name please let me go please don't do this then he was whistling some kind of tune and taking his shirt off and started kissing her on the neck🤢and holding her hands back she was crying

Even I thought like that before but last epsiode Payal had a flashback of when the rape happened and my fear came true sadly and I agree with you I really didnt want shaurya to be a rapist and now that he is I don't know whether the viewers will accept it if he do se that punished but the story is going awesome it's just the fact that shaurya is a rapist that is making me upset I really liked this guy

Actually, the flashback was from Payal's perspective. When his cellphone rang, Payal panicked as she remembers tune and then we got the fb where Shaurya was humming the same tune and Payal was pleading. Frankly speaking I somewhere feel Shaurya is not the rapist and maybe Payal was suffering mentally since long time but when Shaurya dumped her she could not handle it and her condition worsened. When she accused him and dragged the Goenkas to the court then they must have troubled her ruthlessly and finally she ended up in asylum. But it is possible that Durga/Nitya knows only one side of story and her family too believed Payal and supported her. Payal's pain, her traumatised condition is absolutely real, she is not faking it but I feel its not because of the rape but because of the Goenkas who made her and her family's life hell after the court-case.
