I dont think they can do it, even if they manage the expense. copyright issues are there.

WOW Diya,

Fabulous interpretation and what an apt song!

I loved your last para where you mention she comes out of the shadow of Parvati to realize that Rudra rejects her tapasya...and how she now have to pass every test he throws at her.

I was wondering will she treat it as her redemption phase for she might just believe that she is in some way responsible for his situation?

Lovely post Diya !

You have translated the song and related it to Paro's situation beautifully.

And a very apt song choice by the PH as well

Hi Diya,

Thanks for the translation and I just realized Mann Basiya and Rang Rasiya rhyme as well.😛

It is a beautiful song and I wished they had played it more. Major was busy healing while Paro Bai Sa was looking at him. We could have gotten to see more of Sanaya's expression had they played the song a little more.

I can't agree more, Diya! This thing is just killing me.

I understand, getting angry with Rudra will not serve any of Paro's purposes. But there are things which certainly demands a degree of sadness on the part of Paro .. Sometimes, CVs even forget that.

With all those horrible things Rudra has done so far, they still create a situation or write dialogues for Rudra which will make you sympathize with him. Whereas Paro being the worst victim of destiny and Rudra's cruelties, her pains are cut short by comedy or something else..

I am loving Rudra's character a lot.. and that makes me think sometimes, why i can't love Paro's character equally.. Its because they are not putting a consistent trend in Paro's role. They are just making her do what suits the time.

Actually, it's having the opposite effect on me now ... when Rudra starts crying, I feel like saying ... okay, really, get over it now!!! 😆

I have to say though, that ever since the public confession, I am liking Paro's character a lot ... that is when I actually connected to her ... and accepted that she is NOT anywhere near what I am. She is a girl who has been brought up with the notion that getting married and being a good wife and mother, is her duty and her main goal in life ... nothing more. And her only dream is to have a home and family to belong to ... for an orphan girl, that is her biggest dream.

Having a good husband, who is actually good to her ... is a bonus for girls in her position.

Goshhh I was so loooking for an English trans. of this song cuz someone posted it earlier. The language is obviously not Hindi to me cuz I couldn't understand most of it.
And obviously loved how you drew connections between RR and the lyrics.

I think she will ... it was also her realisation that this is not her dream marriage at all ... but a farce, a punishment for her.

Redemption phase ... she made a mistake, out of innocence, not knowingly ... so I don't want a prolonged redemption phase for her. What I do want is for her to go the the BSD office and make a statement that restores Rudra's standing in the force. Leaving him with the thought that he went way overboard in pushing her to her limit ... as usual. I want his redemption phase more than hers.

I would actually like Paro to give him the cold shoulder for a bit ... in the belief that she forced him into an unwanted marriage, so she shouldn't hover around him and should give him some space ... since he never wanted to marry her at all. Leaving him to realise that he rather likes her constant declarations of love, and he can't do without them after all. 😆

Well, I don't like Rudra's crying either. Enough already! For last few episodes, what I liked in him is his anger and intensity. I don't like the person 'Rudra' but I find reasons in his actions.

About Paro, I know what Paro is like, what is her motto in life and how beautiful the actress Sanaya is playing that. So beautifully that I feel irritated at the person 'Paro.' Its just that I don't find her actions consistent and do not like the girl called 'Paro. I had different expectations for Paro.. specially as she was shown in the initial episodes. Now that she has changed into a different girl, to me, the CVs didn't show the transition properly.

Anyways, let us not get into the frustration again. Its OK... since I love the show and a lot many elements of the show, I will look forward to it.
