It's not the first time he has chorified a memento of Aastha. He scooped up her fallen earring after he gifted her the blue saree she wore for the Anniversary. And other Aastha related keepsakes include the brown shirt that her locket got stuck on. I do hope he keeps the photo in his wallet but I was also wondering if they'd ever show him admiring the photo Aastha took of them when she first gifted him the mobile. She had said that she'd always be close to his heart. If would've been a nice call back to that scene if he did. Maybe he deleted that photo from his phone.
