Question: What is a presale?
Answer: It's when tickets go on sale before the official date for groups of people who will either have a special presale code or need to use a specific credit card for purchase. Types of presales include: Citi Cardmembers, Front Of The Line By American Express, Facebook & LiveNation.
Q: Will the show sell out during the presale?
A: No, there's only a certain amount of tickets that are available for presale, the rest are held until the official ticket release date.
Q: When is the presale?
A: Presales start as early as Wednesday and there are other ones on Thursday and Friday as well. The times may not be the same for all the shows so if you're curious check Ticketmaster/LiveNation for more information.
Q: Can I get a meet and greet for Demi Lovato's Neon Light's Tour?
A: Yes.
Q: How?
A: All VIP Packages will be through Adventure.
Q: What's a VIP Package?
A: It's where you will have the chance to have a meet and greet photo op with Demi Lovato, be able to attend soundcheck, get early admittance into the venue, receive a VIP tour laminate, and usually a special tour gift. It does NOT include a ticket to the concert.
Q: So if I buy VIP I also need to buy a ticket to the concert?
A: Yes.
Q: How much will a VIP Package be?
A: In the past it's been from $175-225 when tickets haven't been included so i'd expect something similar. But it could also be anywhere from $250-300, it's hard to say for sure. Wait for an official announcement.
Q: Is purchasing the VIP Package the only way for me to meet Demi Lovato?
A: At the show, yes.
Q: When can I buy a VIP Package?
A: I don't know for sure, it depends when Adventure finally puts them up but at this point it'll probably be after tickets go on sale for the tour.
