If a social worker is coming to check on paro rudra post marriage .. Then it's a valid marriage .. If she gives a go ahead .. Then it means in voters I'd card, ration card ..and more importantly rudy boys insurance paro has been given the status of his wife ..
Now nobody can say after 6 months this marriage was not legal ..
Because in india marriage customs are only for our happiness ..the thing that binds it is social acceptance .

It's actually quite wierd when you think about it...

The guy was not in his senses..atleast not completely..did he even realise what he was doing and would he accept it when sober again.?

All the family members present know that Paro was forced into marrying this way...atleast the manner of marriage was not what she wanted!

There was no pandit to solemnise the wedding and the havan kund etc were completely improvised!

Beyond all this if a wedding is considered valid by just saath Phere around the fire and sindoor in maang then it is a valid marriage!

One thing is ...Sumer was the one who leaked this news...for money! So he would not bother antagonising Rudra again by spreading the news that this is a forced marriage!

I guess that's why they have a social worker coming to check whether this marriage is real!

Weirdly none checked if the allegations were true as published in the paper!

No indian marriage is considered valid if in front of witnesses u perform an act which shows marriage can be any ceremony...ring ceremony..now when the social worker will come that means in her records they are married.. So they are married..
