My friend jessicad has a very long password (16 characters long) Now when she tries to log in from phone, she is directed to the log in page where one needs to give the log in details and write down the CAPTCHA code (numbers/alphabets from the image) Now the space provided for password is too small for her password.

So I logged in from her account (from my laptop) and decided to change her password from the Dashboard. Now the space provided there to fill in the 'Old password' is again lesser than her password...

Hence, we are not able to change her password ie make it smaller

So what should she do now if she wishes to change her password? Is there any other way?

If the space was less how did she make the password in the first place???

Anyway I guess you should directly contact the GMs via PM to resolve this issue

I just had a eureka moment and chose 'Forgot Password' option :P IF has sent a new pw to my friend on her email ID :)

this problem is quite new, maybe something with techinicallity of new system. But then there is already a option of 'Forgot password'' which can help us .=D
