I need help.......plzzz

Hey!! How are u all? I need help.......I am starting to get so many pimples on my face not like small once's but I would rather call them big ugly acne's. I didn't use to have them but I don't know I am getting them now. I am 20 years old. Most poeple say that pimples come in teens age but I am really scared this pimples that I get hurt me soo much.........I have tried to use everything I can to make them go away but it didn't work......if anyone know anything that they use on there pimples to make them go away......please do let me know and any home remedies that is possible for me to try please also let me know that too I will be soo glad...........plzzz plzzzz........

drink a lot water.... thats one thing thats very necessary and i think u shud stay aways from oily foods... they usually cause pimples!

and i remember my cousin got sum acne on her face that also used to hurt her and really took a long time to go away, so she went to her normal doctor and told her that she has this problem so the doctor gave her a prescription fro a special cream, which she used every morning and night.,... i dont remember the name as she told me long ago, but it helped... so i will say that u also tell ur doctor to recommend a creamn of sum sort, it really helps!!!... and do drink a lot of water...... dont worry, they will go away.... dont worry Sana!!!! 😊
