Thanks ....yeh they have though in all fairness i think thats more to do with covering the person haed to bottom. I do get your point it does create a bad impression.

I find it most offensive when they use religous chants during revengeful scenes. 😕 I not an expert, but I dont think religions (Hindu or others) really encourage revenge.Do they???

Standing up for you rights as far as i know dont know about revenge but very much doubt it.😕

Yes it becomes offensive to one's belief when it is made a mockery of. Religion has its place but to use Gods and Goddesses name in the name of revenge it just belittles it.

no offence to anyone... and i don't know how to put it in a way that i get my point across.. but i feel that the main characters are compared with the Hindu Gods.

I am not hindu but i dont think that it is a very sensible thing to compare an ordinary person with Gods.
peoples' actions are compared with what gods did.....like bani portraying a goddess and in KGGK parvati and her mum portraying another God. these serials are NOT about religion...

maybe i am being too passimistic but according to Muslim believes, comparing someone with Allah is just unforgivable and unimaginable. Yes you can compare yourself to some good people... not even saints.. because they became saint due to their actions.

I find it very hard to believe that in some serials a mother is given more importance than a God... like if something bad is hapening to the mother or if the child's suffering family members blame Gods that they are idols and made of stone and have no heart etc etc. [these are not my lines.. i have heard them many times in many serials].

I believe that God/Allah judges people by putting them into difficult situations. and those who get over the problems and face difficulties with great strength have status above saints.

I dont think that anyone in real life would go to a religious place and will shout at Gods for not fulfilling their demands or prayers... I am sure people dont do that apart from Kekta's lala land.

sorry if i had offended anyone... No hard feelings for anyone.. sorry..

No its ok i get your point apart from ekta serials its not just her serials its all. Yeh they do show confrontation with God and comparision with god as well which is not really done. However i feel these mistakes and insults do need to look at as for comparision i dont know about relgion wise but generally it should be done responsibilily in Banis case they did it to show emphasis on strength and fighting against wrong as far as i gather..but in saloni why is it needed? and in betiyaan as well since they hardly showed the girls as relgious.
