In yesterday's episode of 7/4/14 there were many issues tackled and touched upon and including those to do with Romi, Bala, Shagun ,The Bhalla's, Ruhi, Mrs.Aiyer, Mihika, ,Trisha,Mihir and of course Raman and Ishita. But what caught my eye however brief was --- when Ishita is waiting outside the door and wet with droplets of rain clinging to her face and clothes and body -- and making a very subtle and sensuous picture -- a feast for any man' eyes Parmeet has made him self comfortable on the sofa and his eyes are feasting on her.The creatives are trying to show what a lewd man he is.

Actually . it comes across differently.

Parmeet looks like somebody who is sitting in the Dress Circle seat of an old time theatre and watching a scene which is doing much to please his senses and that too without paying for the ticket. .Must say an enviable position indeed however short it's duration may have been.

I have a feeling that Raman might doubt ishita and parmeet and then he'll think that ishita is no different than shagun and this will stop him from falling for her.

I agree with you. Physical proximity might continue but that does not mean he will trust himself and fall for her.He will always have reservations because of his past experience.It is so difficult to erase the past or to go on clinging to it -- bad or good - and moving on becomes an uphill task-- if you look down you might feel dizzy and when you look up the climb seems so steep. So when you find an excuse not to move on you you do not think objectively but firmly clutch at it so you don't have to move on.In Raman's case it could be Parmeet.Even though his better sense will try to prevail upon him and reason with him he will take the line of least resistance and not move on.

I really hated Raman there.I know it hsi normal behaviour was feeling veri bad forIshu.Thank god he opened the door when the pervert came for touchy touchy

Agree, its Raman's past that will probably dictate his actions. Consciously, he may initially accuse Ishita but its subconscious it is himself that he doesn't trust. He is afraid of being hurt and betrayed by women.

I do think that internally he trusts Ishita's integrity but would be caught in a tight spot because Param is the jamaai but as you say he is deparately clutching to his past so he might do what he does best accuse and then listen to the truth when it stares him in the face and he has no choice.

Sumiko Re; your original post yes I noticed, he didn't come across lewd when sitting on the chair but did when he touched Ishita and mad under-the-breath remarks.
