The Episode starts with Akshara crying and apologizing to Naitik. She says because of me everyone is sad and specially you. I don't deserve your love, be angry on me, I'm sorry. She says I lost our child which shattered all of your dreams. Naitik hugs her.
Naman comes home and tells Muskaan that he decided he will not go to udaipur. Muskaan says maybe the Lord is testing your passion. He says this internship was my dream. She asks what is stopping you, as you said Devyaani does not matter you, or is it you are affected, and you will feel to meet her. Naman says never, I'm worried about dad, he is upset by us that we did not tell her, he will be hurt if he knows the truth. Muskaan says we will not tell him. I will take care of him. Jasmeet says yes, we will not tell anyone except Anshu, he will help you, you should go.
Naitik brings Akshara in the hall to everyone. Everyone from m's also there. Ananya gives her a card. Duggu says my mum is world's best mum. Rajshri tells everyone about Akshara and her goodness. Akshara smiles. Everyone smile. Shaurya says Akshara had to sing bhajan and she told some jokes. He tells a joke which she said to everyone. Everyone laughs. The kids kiss Akshara. Everyone sing a song tu pehli kiran hai subha ki, tu pehle geet baharon ka (Akshara's entry song) to make Akshara happy. Akshara smiles. Dadi says she is happy seeing her. Varsha praises Akshara and says we are lucky to have you. Everyone are proud of Akshara. Bhabhimaa says we can't get a bahu like you. Mohit, Nandini, Rashmi, Dadaji, everyone praise Akshara and tells her how she helped them with their problems. Naitik says next time don't you dare to blame my wife again. Akshara holds her ears and says sorry. Everyone smiles.
It's night time, Naksh and Duggu in their room. Duggu asks Naitik to take him on vacation. Naitik says he is busy with his office work and Akshara is not well. Duggu says Akshara is fine now. He says if you don't say yes I'll get upset so say yes. To make him stop Naitik says okay if tomorrow your mum drop something from her hand then we will go for a vacation.
Naman is leaving and Muskaan hugs her. Jamseet says she is with Muskaan. She says it's a matter of few days, take care. Jasmeet says call Anshu, he will come to take you.
Akshara brings tea for everyone. Rajbanna teases Akshara about sugar in his tea. Duggu prays that Akshara drops something. Bhabhimaa and Devyaani plans to go out for shopping.
In m's everyone discuss about the increasing taxes. Vishwamber makes Rajshri understand the need of paying tax.
Anshu gets a call from Naman.
Naitik is ready to go to the office. He asks Akshara to be cautious as the holiday plan is not bad. Akshara says aren't you forgetting something. Naitik ask what. She gives him a kiss. He hugs her.
Naman meets Anshu. Anshu offers him help. They talk about Devyaani. Naman says I hate her and I don't want to see her. Anshu says don't worry I won't tell anyone that you are here.
Bhabhimaa and Devyaani are also near the place where Naman and Anshu are. Bhabhimaa apologizes to Devyaani. Devyaani understands and says the packets are less, I forgot one, sorry, I will go and bring. Devyaani and Naman are crossing each other on the road. Devyaani sees two men fighting and she sees Naman. She runs after him but Naman leaves. She misses him.
Akshara is working in the house. Duggu is around her. He is keeping eye on Akshara to see if she drops anything. Bhabhimaa and Devyaani come home. Devyaani is upset and Akshara understands seeing her face. Bhabhimaa takes Duggu with her. Akshara asks Devyaani why is she worried. Devyaani says Naman is here in udaipur, I saw him. Akshara says he is in Mumbai, we would have known if he was here. Devyaani says I need to meet and talk to him. Akshara says it can't be him, you think about him so much, so maybe you saw him. Devyaani leaves.
Akshara gets Naitik's call who asks her to go to the lawyer and do some signs. Akshara says fine. Akshara tells Bhabhimaa and Devyaani that she has to go for the meeting with the lawyer. Bhabhimaa asks her to go. Akshara sees Naman on the road and is shocked. Devyaani calls her and Akshara is silent. Devyaani asks what happened, are you fine. Akshara says Naman is here, infront of my eyes. Devyaani is happy.
Precap: Akshara talks to Naitik about Devyaani and her children. Naitik says don't expect anything from me and leaves. Akshara is sad.
