Gauri's Divorce

Im just wondering that why is Gauri asking for a divorce from Shiv?

Is it beacause of that bitch Nikhila?

nikky asked samar to get Gauri's signature on some papers.... and the paper nikky gave had the properties which mahen had transfered on Gauri's name wud be transfered to Shiv, and Gauri thinking Samar to be Shiv signs the paper without reading. And then it was revealed that Samar had double crossed Nikky and got the properties transfered on his name. When Gauri found out about Samar and the property papers, as the papers will get valid in the court and properties wud be in Samar's name on the 25th. So she goes to a lawyer and he tells her that the only way to make transfer papers invalid is to divorce Shiv before the 25th. So she send him a divorce papers. But Nikky doesn't know that Gauri knows abt Samar and the property papers and Shiv doesn't believe her when she tells him about how Nikky is trying to break her marriage.
