Not sure if this is correct, but someone mensioned on forum that they heard on sbs or sbb and when I googled, i found this.

I wish someone would put an end to such sensational rumours.

May Sonarika be blessed with a long life filled with health and happiness and never be a victim of such rumours.

The link u have posted is s sham don't see any news there. This rumor has been doing rounds for a long time now.

By the grace of God Sona is fine and in pink of health and busy with her Tamil movie. Please check her twitter account she is interactive there and also her official FB profile and Instagram account where she is active and keeps posted about herself.
