Part 1
Khushi sighed as she stood before the building.AR Designs 'I hope I get the job' she thought to herself.She walked inside and went to the receptionist "Excuse me.I have an interview for the Personal Assistant job" she said.
The receptionist nodded and made a call "ASR,Ms.Khushi Kumari Gupta has come for the interview...okay" The receptionist put her phone down and looked at Khushi "ASR is waiting for you in his cabin" she pointed at the cabin high above the bottom floor.
Khushi nodded and thanked her.Khushi climbed the stairs to his cabin and knocked on the door "Come in" she heard a strong,manly voice.Gulping she opened the door and walked a few steps inside "Have a seat" he said.Khushi looked t him confused.He was sitting on his chair,the back of his seat facing her.Khushi pulled the chair towards her and sat on it.
"Um,my name is-" Khushi started.
"Khushi Kumari Gupta" he completed for her.Khushi nodded "What makes you think you are good enough for the job?"
"Um" Khushi started "I promise to do my best and never be late and always be loyal"
"Is that it?"
Khushi bit her lip "Yes" she squeaked.
ASR turned around in his chair and faced her.He tilted his head and stared at her.Khushi gulped and squirmed in her seat.A few minutes passed by with complete silence.Khushi cleared her throat.ASR blinked and brought out a hand toward her "Congratulations.You got the job"
Khushi slowly grinned "Really?" He nodded "Thank you,thank you so much sir"
"Arnav" he said taking Khushi's hand and holding it.
Khushi looked up and finally noticed him 'Wow he's really handsome' she thought to herself.She looked into his eyes "Thank you...Arnav"
Arnav smiled "You can start from tomorrow.Your appointment letter will e sent this afternoon.All the information will be written on it"
Khushi nodded "Okay" she slowly withdrew her hand from his and stood up.She turned around and left.

The next day Khushi entered AR very early.Nobody was inside but the doors were unlocked.It was 6:20 AM but the employees would come at 7.Khushi sighed at the lonely place "Aren't you a bit early" Khushi heard a husky voice.She turned around and smiled at Arnav.Arnav smiled back "Mind joining me for some coffee?"
Khushi nodded "Sure" Khushi followed him into the cafeteria into the kitchen "Can I make some tea?"
Arnav nodded "Go ahead" Khushi smiled and turned the stove on.Arnav plugged in his coffee maker.He turned around to face Khushi and leaned back against the counter "So what were you doing here early? Your job doesn't start for" he glanced at his watch "Another half hour"
Khushi shrugged "I guess I though some people would be here before me"
Arnav smirked "What's the real reason?"
Khushi sighed "I was scared I would be late...and I also heard of your horrible temper"
"So you believe the rumors?"
Khushi looked at his calm face "I guess I shouldn't"

Arnav and Khushi talked as they sipped their drinks.Well it was mostly Khushi .She chatted about her likes,dislikes,favourite foods,and so on while Arnav just listened "And so that's why jalebis are my favourite" Khushi ended.
Arnav smiled.He took a sip from his coffee "So have you read your appointment letter? Your job expectations and what you have to do?"
Khushi nodded "Yup and memorized them"
Arnav smirked and stood up "It doesn't look like it.You have 30 seconds left before your job starts.If you don't arrive in my cabin in" he glanced at his watch "20 seconds we might have a problem" Khushi widened her eyes and looked at the time.Only 15 seconds left.She looked back to where Arnav was standing and was surprised when he was nowhere in sight.She quickly grabbed her stuff and ran to his cabin.Her heartbeats were racing so fast that Khushi wondered if she would have a heart attack.Khushi gulped trying to calm down and knocked on the door "Come in" she heard Arnav say.Khushi walked in calmly.Arnav gestured her to have a seat.Khushi sat down.Arnav smirked "You have learnt your first lesson Khushi.Always keep an eye on the clock"
Khushi nodded "Never am I doing that mistake"
Arnav chuckled "Anyways as you should know you are my personal assistant meaning you will be helping me with my schedule,taking notes,attending meetings,and so on.In short you'll be doing almost everything I do" Khushi nodded "Great.Here's my schedule which is also yours"
Khushi took the small book from him and opened it.She widened her eyes.Inside the book were calendars.In the month they were in right now was packed with meetings and contracts and deals they had to do.Khushi looked at Arnav "Wow.You are a very busy man"
Arnav smiled "And punctual.Anyways since you're all new here I will let you explore the office for 20 minutes and mind you.I want you on time not a second late"
Khushi giggled "Thank you Arnav.I'll be back in 20 minutes sharp"
Arnav smiled "Good"

Khushi smiled as every employee greeted her politely as she passed them.She adored the paintings hung on the wall.She felt a tap on her shoulder.She turned around to see a girl in her early twenties "Yes"
"Hi" the girl said "My name is Sonia.You are new around here aren't you?"
Khushi nodded "My name's Khushi"
"Oh that's a lovely name" Sonia complimented "I would love to be friends with you" Khushi grinned "Anyways I am a designer here.What about you?"
"I am Arnav's personal assistant"
Sonia gasped "You shouldn't call your boss with his name.Last time someone did that they instantly got fired on the day they got the job.Everybody calls him ASR"
Khushi widened her eyes "What? But he told me to call him by his name"
Sonia made a confused face "Really? What does he call you?"
"By my name" she said "Khushi"
"What!" Sonia exclaimed "But he calls everybody by their last name and if he is annoyed by them he calls them by their weakness"
"Weakness? What do you mean?" Khushi asked.
"Um take me for example.My weakness is neat writing.I always write messy.If ASR is by any chance annoyed or angry with me he will yell Messy Printer"
Khushi giggled "Can I have another example"
Sonia nodded.She pointed at a guy "You see that guy.He sometimes stammers when he talks so when ASR is annoyed or angry at him he yells Mr Stammer Grammer"
This time Khushi laughed her heart out.She just couldn't stop but it didn't last too long when she heard Arnav's voice "What is so funny Ms Laughs A Lot"
