It was night again..

After having dinner maaneet were again in there room.

Geet was on her couch.Maan put the table again along the side of the couch.Geet looked at him and smiled a little-Thanks.'

Maan-Hmm.it's ok..Did you feel comfortable Yestarday night..I mean if you want we can sleep here turn by turn

Geet-No ..It is fine for me ..It is comfortable for you as you wont fit in this ..so don't worry..I m fine here...

Maan-OK..Good night

Geet-Good night.

Geet laid down on the couch..though she had told Maan that it was comfortable but it was not..But she knew that she had to make herself used to it.she tried to sleep and after some time she slept..

Sleep was again away from Maan's eyes..till now he used to watch her in his phone but she was here ..live..in front of his eyes.and he could stare at her as much as he wanted ..

Maan was constantly starring at her..Geet was sleeping while changing her sides..In her this effort her spread in which she was covered came down.Maan smiled to see her sleeping like kids..

He again got up from his bed and came near her to cover her again.after covering her he sat on the table and looked at her.He brought his fingers near her face and he only wanted to feel. her. He tucked her locks behind her ears and to his surprise Geet smiled a little as some hurdle was removed which was disturbing her in her sleep..May be she was dreaming something. He felt good seeing that smile on her face. Though he was not going to get anything in return from Geet but it did not matter him..the fact that mattered him the most that Geet was his now.

He had a physical relation with Arpita earlier but the feel that he was having now after getting Geet in his life was missing between him and Arpita Though he was very aware that Arpita was a very good human being and never gave him a chance to complain ..but the metter was related to the heart and he was helpless there...He never felt this contended with arpita even after being physically close. may be this was love which he was feeling for Geet .He was ready to do anything for her one smile and without any hope for himself.

Maan was cherishing his sleeping Geet like she was a precious treasure. Geet frowned in her sleep and he caressed her hair with his fingers and the frown disappeared from her face .after few seconds he knelt down on the floor brought his face near her and placed a feather kiss on her hair making assured that she was not being disturbed .that time he felt that it was so beautiful to touch her.he felt a belongingness with her. He knew that it will take time to be happen in real. but he was ready for that ..he was ready to wait for her till the eternity.

After spending some time near her he felt satisfied in his heart, he got up from the place and laid down in bed to take some sleep as it was his second day that he was not sleeping properly.

It was next morning and as usual Geet got up and again wished yash Good morning and in return she got a replied to her wish.It was Maan .

This time Geet was not shocked or surprised to hear that voice.Geet got up and said-good morning Maan..and I m sorry..wo purani aadat hai..I m used to wish Yash every morning..I will try to overcome my this habit..I hope you won't mind..Geet was little worried about Maan's reaction.

Maan-Geet when did I say that I would mind? The best part with us that we know each other well. Don't feel anything bad and the person whom you are talking about was my brother.a part of myself only. He was as important for me as he was for you.

Get looked at him and said to him-Thanks a lot Maan.this time geet felt her eyes little moist hearing what Maan said and then they heard a knock on the door,.There was a servant with the tea and coffee.Maan took the tray from him and offered Geet her tea.

Geet took that and both sipped their tea and coffee.

After they finished their coffee and tea .Geet got up to get ready for the office...after having her bath she came out side of the bathroom and set in front of the mirror..Maan was talking on the phone in the balcony with someone. He finished his talk and came in to the room .the room was filled with the flowery aroma of the freshness of soap and shampoo .His eyes fell on Geet..she was getting ready..He looked at her doing her work.

He saw that she took the vermilion box in her hand ,thought for a second and next moment she filled it in her partition of hair. A smile crept on Maan's lips.

Maan entered in the bathroom to get ready.after taking his bath he came out of the bathroom. As he stepped out he was bumped in to Geet. Geet was searching for something in her bag so her eyes were on her bag only.she did not heard the sound of the bathroom door's knob . Geet was too casual to balance herself but before she could fall Maan held him in his arms and stopped her from falling. Geet eyes were closed in the anticipation that she was going to fall.Maan after holding her looked at her face.It was so fresh with very light makeup..the one line of sindoor on her forehead was glorifying her soft beauty

Geet when found herself safe ,opened her eyes and saw that she was in Maan's arms.She made herself stand straight and Maan too came back in to his senses.

Geet-I m sorry..I did not see you.I was looking for something so my mind was on that only.I m really sorry

Maan- Hmmm..sorry to ho gaya.. ab thank u bhi bol do

Geet looked at him with some confusion.

Maan-you are chanting sorry again and again so I thought it was time to say thanks, after all I protected you from falling.

Geet's lips turned in to a smile-Oh yes .I forgot. Anyway thanks.

Maan shook his head and then he noticed that Geet was not looking normal. She was chewing her nails between her teeth

Maan-Geet you are looking little nervous.

Geet-N n nahin aisaa kuchh bhi nahin hai..

Maan-Geet something is definitely there..Bolo na kya baat hai

Geet-lowered her eyes and said-haan wo o..Off...office jana hai na ..so I m little bit nervous..what if someone asks me or you..about the marriage taht how we got married when you were going to be engaged with suman

Maan-So what Geet..and who can dare to ask this..we are not the employees of KC..we are the owners there. And over all it's a very personal matter for anyone so no one has a right to say anything, so don't worry..and why are you thinking this..papa hain na sab sambhaalne ke liye

Geet-I think you are right but still I m feeling little nervousness

Maan-Koi zaroorat nahin hai..ab chalo..mujhe ready hona hai..we are getting late.

Geet-Hmm..I m going to see if maa needs me..aap ready hokar aa jana.

Maan-Hmm.

And Geet went from there and Maan looked at her retreating figure.He smiled at Geet's nervousness-pagal hai.chhoti chhoti baton se darr jati hai

And he started to wear his clothes with a smile on her face.

At Breakfast table ..Geet was still nervous..

All were having Breakfast but Geet was literally playing with food.

Priay-Geet..

But Geet did not listen

Priya-Geet..Geet

Geet -Haa haan maa.

Priya-What happened where are you lost?

Geet-N.. nothing ,,and she started to have her Breakfast.

After breakfast finished all were ready to leave ,Geet was still reluctant to go..

Ram-Geet come beta ..we are getting late..

Geet looked at him then on Maan and he nodded to assure her.and she said-Ji.. and they left from there

Priya smiled to see her leaving.

Anie -Maa why are you smiling like this..

Priya-bas aise hi..Geet kafi confused dikh rahi thi..She is still not comfortable.

Anie-Maa we all know what happened and how it happened..Bhabhi is so shocked with these turnss of events...she will be fine soon.'

Priya-Haan ...I hope so.

Ram Geet and Maan reached office.Get was behind both of them .She was trying to hide herself from the eyes of the employees of KC. Ram took her between himself and Maan with her shoulder,Geet gave him a smile and in return Ram pressed her shoulder to make her assured ,He could understand what she was thinking. As they entered the they heard a loud noise ,,they stopped and Ram looked at maan and Geet. Maan and Geet were looking surprisingly at the surrounding.

It was fully decorated with flowers..it was looking so beautiful..all welcomed them with a huge round of applauds

Maan and geet looked at other then they felt something falling on themselves.Geet and Maan looked up

and they saw that they were being showered with the petals of roses. Geet became more nervous to see that.all employees came one by one and congratulated them for their marriage .Maan looked at Geet and signaled her to look normal.

but that was not possible for Geet.She tried to smile but that was not natural.

It all was planned by Rohit and Pinky..they already had taken the permission from Ram. Ram was aware of all this.Even he declaired in the office abot Maaneet's marriage so that they both could not feel embarrassed by the shocked look of the employees.so when it was the turn of petal shower he stood little away from Maan and Geet.

Geet and Maan received all the wishes with a smile..after some time all dispersed and Geet went in to her FH and Maan and Ram went to their respective office..After reaching FH..all the girls in the FH were so happy for Geet. She was such a good hearted girl that her staff respected her from the heart. Seeing them happy Geet's nervousness reduced and while being busy in the work she forgot all her nervousness and became normal.

Geet to pinky-Pinky what was the need of doing all that.you know na how it all happened and why?

Pinky-So what ..jaise bhi hua jo bhi hua achchha hi hua and we all are very happy for you and Maan sir. Sometimes we can't even think what is going to happen with us but when whatever happens with us that too for our good..so we should take it positively Geet.

Geet kept quite Rohit too was there and he too assured Geet to be calm as whatever happened was only for the good. .

Geet did not say a word after that and got busy in work

After some time Maan came down to see Geet if she was fine or not. As he entered the FH., girls of FH surrounded him and congratulated once again. He accepted those wishes with a smile and reached near Geet-Geet are you ok?

Geet-yes I m fine ..

After seeing her fine he turned to go but one girl came near him -Excuse me sir. I want to request you for some thing..I hope o won't mind

Maan-Yes ..speak.

Girl-Sir actually I use to talk at home about you and Geet ma'am that how good you both are. Yesterday I told my mother about your marriage. she asked me to bring your picture..and I promised her to bring that. Please sir can I click some pictures of both of you?

Maan looked at Geet .She was already looking at him.If it was the matter of the employee of KC he would have been said no..but it was FH so did not want to feel that girl bad -Ask your ma'am ..If she is ready then I have no problem

Girl became happy and came to Geet-ma'am please..My mother is already your fan because I talk about too much.She always prays for your well being as she think that you take care of us well. Please ma'am

Geet looked at the pleading eyes of the girl and gave her consent

That girl picked up her phone and asked maan and Geet to come close, so that she could see them in one frame. Geet came near Maan but still she was not that close to look like a couple.

That girl asked them to come little more closer.and maan came near her.Then that Girl asked maan to put her hand on Geet's shoulder to look the picture natural .maan looked at Geet she was looking dowonward. Maan smiled a little and by putting his hand on her shoulder he brought her near himself.

Though Geet was feeling little strange but she did not feel it bad and then that girl asked them to smile for the pose -Ma'am smile please .and Geet and Maan smiled looking at her phone

and she clicked the picture of them..Their first ever picture as couple.To their surprise not only that girl but all workers of FH including Rohit and Pinky clicked that picture and Rohit said-that's perfect picture.Maan sir I will give you a copy of this picture.

Maan nodded and said -Thanks Rohit

The girl-Thanks ma'am.. thank u so much Sir for giving this honor to me

Maan-It's ok.his hand was still on the shoulder of Geet and Geet held his hand to remove it from her shoulder

Maan then noticed his hand on her shoulder .he instantly removed his hand from there and whispered to her-I m sorry.

Geet -it's ok.

And they stood apart from each other.

Maan went from there ..But he was feeling very good in his heart. It was their first appearance as couple and all accepted them with the open heart.

After that their day went as usual ..they had lunch together though there was a difference ..Geet was quite like never before and Maan was looking at her very now and then having a feel of satisfaction in his heart.

After two days Rohit gifted that picture to maan framed in a big frame.

Maan put that picture on nthe wall of there bedroom . Geet looked that picture on the wall and noticed that all the pictures of Arpita were removed from there.

Geet-Maan why did you remove the pictures of Arpita from here ..I don't have any problem with that..

Maan-Why you did not bring any picture of Yash here? even I don't have a problem with that.

Geet lowered her eyes listening this and she did not say a word after that.

Day were passing like that..Nothing much changed between Maan and Geet.Geet was now used to sleep on the couch..though it was little uncomfortable and Maan now used to stare her as much as he wanted..But the feel of comfort between them was back..Geet started to smile again..She was again started to talk to Maan like before.But the feel of love was not there as she still believed that could only love Yash.Maan was her friend only and Poor Maan was sacrificing his love for her comfort. Even they were comfortable with each with the touch of each other a little in a friendly way. . It was almost a month to their marriage .One morning Ram needed to talk to Maan related to Office so he came to his room .He knocked at the door and Maan opened the door-papa aap?,itni subah ? Is everything alright?

Geet was in the bathroom at that time

Ram-yes Maan everything is fine..I need to talk to you.. come to the study.

Maan-yes papa

Ram left but his experienced eyes did not miss the pillow and the spread on the couch.But he did not react at thiscand he could not even guess who was sleeping on the couch .He came down and waited for Maan in the study. Maan came and Ram discussed some work for the day with him as they both were having different meetings today.

Ram immersed in some thoughts

In the office Ram started to observe them closely..he found Maan and Geet behaving very nicely with each other but he found the feeling of husband and wife missing between them. They were behaving with each other like the behaved before their marriage. Their behavior was more of a friend than that of hubby and wife.

He observed them for few days and one day he decided something in his mind.
