If in Astha's place were a hero/man who took rejection, insults, deception
and still continued to be in love, and worse still he tolerated continued insults
to his parents, I would dislike his actions as much as I dislike Astha's pleading/
desperate love. š¤¢
Similarly, if a woman/heroine behaved like Shlok and his family do
towards their married partners, it would be equally distastefulš¤¢.
So, why is criticizing Shlok-astha relationship ( in this respect) termed 'feminism' or
'flag-bearing'' or whatever. As I see it, it's not feminism that is behind
the criticism in this forum but 'humanism' or humanity and good values.š
