In the short-term AD may attract eyeballs but I dont see how a love story like KS could sustain viewer interest if an AD like character takes centre stage in the long-term.

But yes, I wouldn't really blame RR if he is required by the scriptwriters to overact.

Rgds,

Well you know mauj hes temporary and a nice change without him it would be depressing and slow at the moment. I dont think hes clown yeh hes funny but you still get sense of being powerful from the character

May I just say dear, truth is always bitter…For me a mysterious, brash character does not need to have so much hand gestures and neverending dialogues…In fact, a mysterious character should speak less and the gestures should be classy and elegant
***Well said Meena! Actually I hv always liked RR for his acting, but in this show, AD's character is being hyped and as SBS said, the show is left with nothing but overacting of this character!

***Yes very true Pri, I cannot comment on creatives wanted him to overact or not, but this character is hyped much more than required and the onscreen time given is also too much which is making it unbearable.

pri/meena, i agree that his overacting and over use of hands and stupid dialogues have converted AD into a coward, otherwise RR is a great actor and i think he is wasting his talent here in KS. but i just pray that god give him some mind to think about this character and in turn he can impart some sadbuddhi to destructives too regarding portraying his character.
