Thoughts about the episode.
So finally we got to know who emptied the kerosene can which set fire to Astha's sari. Aditi is standing in front of the camera and is having a self-talk. The camera focusses on both her and her image on the mirror and she is remembering all the stuff that she did to kill Astha (burning, acid in holi colours and the brake failure) and moans that every time Astha has been saved. She does not want to kill Shloke (reason behind not remembering the horses) but wants to torture him slowly so that he dies a painful death. Now for that to happen either Astha has to be removed (she has already tried it) or circumstances have to be created which will result in Shloke himself removing Astha from his life. Later on he can be made to realise his error and Shloke will die a painful death (emotionally) when he will realise how wrong he was about Astha. I mean will killing Shloke physically be as effective as killing him emotionally and forcing him to live. Astha has already told him that maybe after she leaves then only will he love her (understand her worth) and recently when they were lost in the jungle, she also told him that he does not listen to her and only does what he wants to do.
In another part of the house, the man in question that is baby bear is spending some time with his other best friend, Mr. Alcohol😛. He has 3 best friends...One is Suryadevta with whom he has issues regarding control in his life and the second one is Mr. Alcohol, who helps him in not wanting to face some truths😳. Anyway baby bear is drinking and instead of drinking in the closed quarters of his room or in the darkness of the night, he is drinking in the courtyard bathed by the gentle light of the moon and remembering honeypot declaring that she loves him and then honeypot telling her mother that after two days the marriage will come to an end. Varad appraches him and asks him regarding his thoughts and baby baby shrugs the question away😳. Let me guess... why will he share his realisations and hurt with anyone else? 🤔Well he might be a bit hurt that Astha on one hand is declaring to the entire world regarding her love for him and then goes on to reassure her mother regarding the divorce. If he shares them with others then he will have to face them but if he shares them with Mr. Alcohol then they will be hidden in him.😳 Varad tells him that from his expression it is clear that baby bear has fallen in love with honeypot (Baby bear had a very interesting expression here😳...he was looking as if he has been caught stealing some cookies from a jar when he is declaring that the jar and the cookies do not exist😳) and that honeypot has also told him how baby bear has protected her. So now baby bear is in a bit of a problem😳...not only Astha who has told him that she loves him has also told her mother that she will go after 2 days (means that he will have to take a step and she will leave even though she loves him...also might mean to him that Astha is choosing her mother over him...again even though she loves him), but now even others are getting to know that not only he loves honeypot but that he has also shown his feelings through his actions (others might also expect him to take the step).The problem is that baby bears third best friend Mr. Ego won't like it if he takes this step😳...it will mean that he is bowing down and it will also mean accepting the truth and to face himself. So baby bear looks down his long nose and pompously tells Varad that he can never love a girl like honeypot and that he did all this out of humanity. Varad raises a potent question that from when did baby bear become some a big follower of humanity that he will put his life in danger for someone else? Baby bear growls and solemnly reiterates that he will do the same thing for any other person and that means that he is also in love with the other person. Then he stomps off and leaves behind Varad who is looking very pleased with himself.
In baby bear's room honeypot is reclining against the wall...there are two reflection of her image on the glass window and she is talking to herself that to see the worry and love in baby bear's eyes, she is ready to put herself in any danger. Wonder is someone going to point out to baby bear that she might be doing all of this to see love in his eyes? Or will his ego do that to him? Baby bear walks in and throws a tantrum regarding what has been actually bothering him ...honeypot telling her mother that she will return after 2 days even though she loves him and that means that the mother is more important. There is also another factor, he has been caught out in front of his brother. Baby bear blasts honeypot that she should have left with her mother. When Honeypot tries to tell him that her mother was worried...baby bear becomes more angry ...lets see...maybe because she can reassure her mother and can't she reassure him?🤔 I mean that she will not leave him and that he won't have to open his mouth.😳So baby bear tells her that since one day she will have to go, she should have gone with her mother and why is she making up this stories and honeypot tells him resignedly that yes she will have to leave one day. Honeypot's award is a glare from baby bear who does an about turn and stomps out of the room...with his image being shown superimposed on the 2 images of honeypot of the window glass and honeypot is again left to herself with her two mirrir images. Since Kalindi was brought up in this conversation...the two images on the mirror might mean Astha's inner thoughts being divided between the two...baby bear and her mother...or her being torn between the two most important people in her life. Some inner battle is going to come up for Astha and that might be indication of Shloke's imgae being superimposed between the two mirror images. They also showed a part of the conversation as a mirror image.
In another of the Agnihotri mansion Neeranjan is sitting deeply worried and when Anjali comes in and leaves after placing a glass of milk on the table, insecure Neeranjan does not want Anjali to go. He needs her strength to get over what happened to Shloke. Anjali reassures him by telling him that she has to make some ladoos as offering to God and Neeranjan tells her that they not only have to make ladoos but will also provide free food and free blankets to poor people. Neeranjan is one of those people who think that they can commit one sin after the other and that they will be safe if they try to please God in various ways and also make their wives take the responsibility of their spiritual welfare. But if he did not commit these sins then others won't have to face consequence of his wrong ways. Baby bear has to most probably pay for what Neeranjan did in the past. Baby bear pays a visit and is told by his father to be careful in future because it is not good that one incident is happening after the other. Baby bear tells him that what happened to honeypot might be just accident and that he will be careful in future. Now baby bear himself was worried after the acid in the holi colours that someone might be after honeypot, so why is he not thinking now that something is wrong? Astha declared her love for him during holi, so if after that he could use his brains, why not now?
While all this is happening at the Agnihotri's, a storm has started brewing at the Kirloskar's between Kalindi and Avdhut. Kalindi is lost in thoughts and she does not pay attention that boiled milk was slowly pouring out of the pan and Avdhut switches off the gas. Kalindi is panicking that since Astha was supporting Shloke, it means that she has again developed strong emotional bonds for Shloke. She tells the same to Avdhut who tries to calm her down and tries to make her see the situation from Astha's POV. Kalindi refuses to listen to him and says that one cannot love a person who cannot be trusted. What Klalindi said was not wrong...I won't say cannot but it is very diffciult to love a person whom one cannot trust but she is looking at it from her POV and not from Astha's who does trust Shloke. Now whether Astha's trust of Shloke is a wise decision of hers or not is another matter, for the time being that trust is there. Kalindi's fears are justified but if she does not get over her fear then the chances are there that it might be her who is going to be left alone. Kalindi storms out and Avdhut has a self-talk where he talks of his support to Astha. I think boiled milk pouring out from a pan is considered to be an omen regarding something bad happening and since Avdhut switched off the gas and it did not allow it to happen...will patient and calm Avdhut protect his family from breaking apart. So not only Shloke but Kalindi too is jumping around...I know that Kalindi has issues regarding her past and for that she is behaving like this, but is it possible that like Shloke Kalindi might also be feeling slighted because Astha is choosing Shloke (even after what he has done to her) over her mother who is only trying to protect her.
Back at Agnihotri's Anjali is continuing on her penance and standing outside the bedroom door and gets caught by Vinayak who has realised why she is doing what she is doing. Anjali also knows that she has been caught and hence she avoids eye contact when Vinayak asked her the reason behind her action. Vinayak indirectly lets her know that he has worked it out that she is punishing herself for what happened during holi. He tells her that it was good to see the old Anjali enjoying herself during holi and Anjali tells him off and warns him regarding trying to remind her off the past. She also tells Vinayak that Anjali does not have any identity of her own and her only identity is that of Anjali Agnihotri, as the wife of Neeranjan Agnihotri. That everyone knows Anjali Agnihtori and that no one knows Anjali and nor will they get to know her. Vinayak smiles and tells her that if she herself does not want to know Anjali then how can anyone else know her? That she herself is the barrier for her own happiness. I found it interesting that they followed Kalindi's scene with this scene...If Astha is not careful then she might turn into another Anjali Agnihotri. Anjali is turning a blind eye to Vinayak's attemots regarding waking up. Will Astha's attempts regarding ignoring her mother's warning also lead her into a similar situation? The only difference is that Astha is not Anjali but Astha herself said that she can do anything to see love and concern in Shloke's eyes. Also one mother is ready go against her husband to protect her child and the other mother will do anything to keep her husband happy.
The next day Kalindi is very happy that after two days the court hearing is going to take place and then she will be free of the bondages of the Agnihotri family and will come back to her. I was a bit confused with this scene...it seems that some beginning part has been edited out because suddenly this scene popped up on the screen.Anyway coming back to scene...so according to Kalindi Astha will come back to her and not to them (the entire family). It seems that for Kalini it is not only about Astha making a wrong choice and that she is letting her past influence her decision regarding Astha's marriage, but this is also might turn out to be an issue between her and Shloke for Astha. Why? Is it just because of Shloke as a person or because Shloke represents the man whom she ran away from. So if she cannot separate Shloke from Astha then it might mean that she has really not been able to defeat her past. If this is the case then to me it is pointing to ego...accepting the past and letting it go does not have anything to do with ego but defeating the past is linked to ego. Avdhut lets it known to her that if there are chances of Shloke and Astha overcoming what has happened in the past and to build a new relationship together, then he will support them and not she (told indirectly to Kalindi). He also told her that to him Astha's happiness is what is important and not Kalindi's wishes. He also tells her that Astha has gone there on her own wish (he has worked out that court order is just an excuse for Astha...clever Avdhut, does not speak much but knows things😛) and that being her mother Kalini should trust her daughter. ...but in order to do that Kalinid has to make peace with the past. Avdhut let go of his pride for Astha (when he signed the document), will Kalindi be able to do the same?
Back at the Agnihotri's, honeypot has decided that she will climb a stool and herself place her suitcase on top of the cupboard. Baby bear watches her and warns her that she might fall but as soon as the warning comes honeypot decides that she will prove that she can do it...but at the end lands hanging from the cupboard because the stool that she used has slipped away from her😳. She asks baby bear for help...Now baby bear has got a chance to prove a point to his honeypot, so why should he not take this chance😳...his point being that honeypot enters into situations that she cannot get out of. Well it is true...now I am also vertically challenged but that does not mean that I am going to climb on tables, chairs stool to get things down. Other than the fact that I am a very lazy person, I also prefer that other's should do my work😉. Anyway honeypot falls down and baby bear has a hearty laugh at her expense. He also tells her that she should be renamed as Girpare Kirloskar (the name means one who always falls) and honeypot returned that it should be Girpare Shloke Agnihotri...Honeypot tells baby bear that anyway after the divorce she will again become a Kirloskar...but she will still be Astha. Whatever the surname be her identity will be as that of Astha...as opposed to Anjali.Also another question...Shloke who few days ago would have jumped to tend to Astha's wound (Astha hurt he injured hand while falling down)...now just gave a small involuntary jump but then started laughing...is there another big tantrum or series of small tantrums coming to specially prove a point to his honeypot...lets see sicne she is picking her mother over him so then he also has the freedom to do somethings😳...that might involve hurting her. Since she is hurting him...😡😡😡
There was a section on the rats and Jyoti with Barney. The rats are worried about the lack of money and they are now moaning that without Jyoti, they are losing out on loads of benefits so they want to find her. Jyoti is at Barneys and she has a self-talk in front of the mirror regarding calling Astha but then thankfully she realises that if her mother gets to know then she will have to come back to hell. Somebody knocks at the door and Jyoti goes to open the door only to receive a lecture from Barney that she should not be so trusting and should be a bit careful. So on one hand she is scared of Abhay finding her then she goes to open the door without even checking who is there on the other side of the door? Then when Barney gives her his clothes to wear, she has no hesitation when she came out in front of Barney who was throwing her admiring glances (she didn't see those glances). Looks like Jyoit has started relaxing at Barney's but she should also be careful.
