Rishabh was like an overprotective brother of hers and would always get her

what ever she wanted. But i had seen the anger and disgust in her eyes towards

him...she was the only one on that day who witnessed it all..the fight between

me and him. I couldn't seem t stop asking myself these questions as i walked

down the stairs...she would be arriving in about 2 hours...what should i do?

"Madhu where are you lost?" asked Karan

"Nothing...ermm don't you have to go to office today?" i said trying to divert his

attention.

"Oh well i have no meeting today...and the little work i have i thought of just

doing it at home..."

"Ahh...so were are all the others?" i said settling myself opposite him on the

couch.

"They must be around somewhere...well actually probably flirting with RK..." he

said giggling.

"You know i am so thankful that at least you are not head over heels for him...

mujh beechare pe to koi naazar hi nahi daalraha.." he said faking a pout. I didn't

hear half of what he said...my eyes widened, brain froze at the words flirting

with RK'! How dare they! No actually what is their problem? Can't they just

leave him alone? Let Trishna come...the first task she is going to get is to hire

one of the best serial killers! Actually no...i'll assign her to kidnap them and then

torture them to death..Yeah...that would bring peace. I gave an evil smirk...

"Hey Bro...Hey Di!" said Payal who came and sat with us. Oh so she is clear...

'sorry Payal' i apologized mentally.

"Di what's up with that evil grin? Planning a murder huh?" Holy Sh*t! She knows

how to read minds. I gave her a fake laugh...thank God i am an actress.

"Have you two by any chance seen Deepali Di? I have to talk to her about

something important"

"Check with RK" said Karan casually

"Oh No!" she said looking tensed all of a sudden then nervously looking at me.

Well i had Lava inside me which would burst out any second. Karan looked at

her confused..

"Urmm...well i go and check.."

"No you stay here...i was..was anyway going to my room...i'll tell her to see you..."

i said finding a perfect excuse to check on them both.

"Di you don't worry i'll do it.." she said still with a worried expression. What was

up with her? Why was she worried or scared?

"I said na you stay.." i said quickly getting up and walking away towards his room.

"Wow! RK you really have such a nice body.." she said in her s**tty tone

"Ermm..umm..thanks?" he said uncomfortably.

"You must have worked really hard for these muscles.." she said placing her hand

on his biceps. Oh Lord save her now! She is so Done!

"yeah.." he said stepping away...she stepped closer again...my hands curled

up into fists...ready to anytime just punch her on that plastic face of hers! Madhu

control...control. I took a deep breath in and exhaled it...in..and out. Finally taking

a final deep breath i coughed..hard..for them to notice.

Deepali quickly stepped back and turned around. She looked kinda annoyed.

"What do you want?" she said dryly.

"Not me..but Payal is looking for you...she said it's important." i said in a not

bothered tone.

"Well that kid can wait.."

"Actually Madhu...i have to talk to you as well...it's about..umm..Bittuji.." he said

trying to get away from her. But this brought back old memories. We all kinda

shared weird relations...my PA was like his sister and his PA was like my

brother.

"Bittuji? Who's that?" she asked

"You don't know him...it's work related.." he said quickly rushing away from her.

"Come Madhu.." he said grabbing my hand and making a run from there.

"Thank you so much for coming at the right time"

"I thought you must be enjoying it.." i said raising an eyebrow

"Enjoy? Hell no...i tell if you would of been a bit late i would have been raped by

her for sure...gosh what kind of cousins do you have Madhu? One always

drooling over me and the other straight to rape!" he exaggerated.

"Hey I didn't even know they exist till two days back!" i shot back.

"Ahaan.." Well he just managed to add himself to my list to kill.

"Okay so if you're done...i am leaving.."

"No..please Madhu.." he said holding my hand.. "How's he?" i knew who he was

talking about..

"I don't know.."

"i know you are angry but please tell me how he is.."

"i told you na..i don't know...i haven't meet him since two years.."

"What? Why? He was a brother to you right?" i let out a sarcastic laugh..

"Out of all people look who is telling me this...the one who ran away from his

problems rather than facing them.."

"Madhu..i know i shouldn't have done that...i was angry at that time..but then

when i cooled down i couldn't bring myself to come back to India thinking of

what a big mistake i had done..."

"So why now? Should have stayed there.." i replied back coldly

"I can't...i need you..." he said in a faint voice

"No you don't...you never did...all you need is your career..."

"Madhu please another chance...i swear i will not disappoint you.."

"You already have.." i said with tears escaping their way through my eyes. I ran

away...i needed to be alone...needed to bring out the pain which was buried

in me.
