is it just me or does d romantic background music sound familiar to a song of mission Kashmir...I cant remember d song but d music ws v similar to "in aankhon mein tum...ishq hai vo ehsaas" track...

Yup...u'r right..its "chupke se sun...iss pal ki dhun..." its similar to "inn ankhon..."
