It's not fast for her to develop feelings for Rudra, though the way she behaves sometimes makes us feel so but that is just how Paro is. Adamant, with a one-track mind. Pehle thakur toh thakur, now Rudra toh Rudra only, she won't think about anything else. That's just one of her character traits. She likes that man and can't bear to have him think wrong about her-that too to the extent of being called a murderess. So she refuses to leave until he changes his mind.

Hello,
Great post!
What you have said makes a whole lot of sense, from the perspective of an outsider such as we the audience. Because we can see the whole picture, not just the selective vision of either Paro or Rudr, or indeed any other character of the show.
As for Paro...sure she has feelings for Rudr...that much has been established pretty emphatically by now. But I don't think those feelings can be termed love just yet. She started off with a very strong awareness of him when she saw him first...then very strong fear when she realized that he was the face of BSD in her nightmares. That fear and hatred only compounded by the subsequent events, Later, when he brought her to the haveli, the fear whittled away and the hatred was tempered by all the instances when he stepped forward to protect her. Then came the defiance and desire to thwart his plans of making her confess...and of course, after the big reveal, she saw him with new eyes, and regret + compassion made an appearance.
She just wants to do right by him...first step was to appear at that press conference and give testimony that absolved him of all charges. Next will be to do all she can to bring Bapusa back to health and thus lessen Rudr's pain.
I think love is still some ways off. Just my opinion.😊

Hey there!
Nicely said! 😊 I completely agree with the way you described the change in Paro's feelings but my point is, isn't that exactly how love begins? The guilt and the compassion, the urge to do right by him - these all pave the way for stronger feelings. It all started with that confession by Tejawat and the realisation that she had betrayed the right guy for the wrong. It soon made way for guilt and subsequently - as she processed in her mind what the man has done for her - a deep sense of respect and admiration. Now she has also started to care for him and the idea of being wrong in his eyes doesn't sound right to her - coz what he thinks about her has started to matter. The point of this post was to highlight the fact that there is no fixed demarcating line between feelings, that they metamorphose into the next level with each passing moment. And that is what I feel is happening :)

Very nice post. What you said about her one track mind/ nature was helpful for me. That is the one thing I've struggled with. Wanted to see her reasoning in a diff way or at least stepping back a bit _ I know it's all happened very quickly and she is in the midst of things in part because she is blamed for hurting someone - rudra's dad - whom she cares about a lot. So she needs to be there and set things right. Guess she has no other way but to do what she's doing.
Still, She was portrayed as totally his equal earlier and so smart - even when she dealt with kaki-mami, so now this linear thinking is a bit jarring. So many things- her response to mami after thakurs truth came out. Thakurain.. Many things seem to just hang loose .

But your post clarified how all that is for later. Right Now she feels the urgency to help make things right so that the two people who stood by her and are hurting now feel better and her name is cleared as well. Not in a selfish way but because she doesn't want to be seen as doing wrong by the two people that matter to her the most.

@Bold: Absolutely!! Agree with you on that one 100%😊
@Underlined: Well said!
We know that these two have to fall in love...there is no getting around that eventuality😉😆 The joy is in watching it unfold, or in your excellent words, metamorphose, into a deep, true, abiding love that will set our collectives hearts aflutter! 😃
