In an earlier episode, AD said that he was an athiest... now we are seeing (in the USA episodes ) that he is a great devotee of Goddess Kali and Goddess Durga...Chanting their names, singing their praises... it is so insulting!

I also do not like the fact that Bani is depicted as Durga in her revenging mode...

She is ignorant of who are really the crooks.. Goddess Durga would protect Jai not go all out to destroy him! He acted in Bani's own intetrest though he could have confided in her.

It is as if the plot shows that AD is even more powerful than God and can even fool the Goddess as he has fooled and manipulated Bani for five years!

No true Hindu would depict their religion in such a negative way... I thought that Ekta was a spiritual and religious person! These things only serve to perpetuate the negativity that is associated with the Mother Kali and Durga by none Hindus!

I tell you... we are our own worst enemies....

Very well written Vidya. But then he is an atheist in the garb of a theist, twisting and turning religion and using it for his own petty interest, to take revenge on someone, for which he has been dreaming on for so many years. He's allowed to do so, after all he's greater than God u see. Sab chalta hai yehan par.

Yes, exactly. It will be ultimately that an innocent person will have to pay a very high price for things that maybe he had been forced to do. I dont condone Jai's actions but he did what he did for Bani. Here AD is doing everything for himself and understandably so. Cant blame him, not everyone can be so lowly as JW.

Wait, the great AD will continue to fool and manipulate everyone for the next 20 years and more to come. After all, he's AD the Great.

Ekta is supposed to be religious, thats it. Supposed to be. But as you pointed out she has twisted religion to suit her purpose. I wonder how many people from other religions would do something so gross.

You are right, they are portraying Durga as the destroyer, but more than that she is the Mother Goddess figure, who was also the Creator and Keeper of people.

But expecting something sane and less disgusting from Maayi and her Team seems like a distant dream.

I tell you... we are our own worst enemies....

Absolutely, all these in the name of entertainment.
