Choice between Jalal and Sujamal

Hmmm...Should a girl be asked to choose between her brother and husband...(though in modern day scenarios girls may not really get much choices since brothers are more occupied in pleasing their own wives than sisters šŸ˜‰) .But lets talk about situations like jo sujamal. Are both not important for her? Should marriage mean she should always choose her husband over her other relatives...As human nature goes it may be true that people choose between people rather than what is right and wrong...In most of the situations that are grey this could be correct because what one perceives as right ,the other may not and vice verse...But many times the situation arises where its just black and white...same goes with jo-jal-suj situation.Everyone here are right ,its the circumstance that is wrong .But i would like to speak from the point of view of JODHA here.

1) Given the circumstances there is nothing wrong in jodha meeting Sujamal in a clandestine way because as far as suj is concerned jalal had asked her to keep her views to herself and warned not to interfere in case of Sujamal very clearly.

2)Jalal is contradicting himself. Earlier he had very clearly forbiden her from involving or advicing in matters of Sujamal and now he is expecting her to tell him about her meeting with him.(He had hit a bulls eye bye speculating that it could be Sujamal whom Jodha is meeting. Inspite of MA contradicting him and instigating him saying it could be someone else, he was very much sure that it could be sujamal or some relative of hers.)

3) She believes in her brother and why not? She has known him from her childhood , so she had to know the real reasons of him staying back in Agra.

4) She has chosen to keep this a secret and thus chose her brother. but of course , this may be perceived wrongly by jalal since he has just broken the high walls of distrust he had built around himself...

5) By trying to find out the truth about who among jalals near and dear ones is wanting to finish him, Jodha has also chosen Jalal.

As such Jodha has done the right thing to choose both rather than just one person..Neither is she revealing anything to jalal nor sujamal...Cant a sister try to protect both her brother and husband?? And as for jalal...c'mon yaar any husband would be hurt seeing his wife in the dead of night with an other man... It will pent up and then DOOM DHOOSH 😔it has to burst...Jodha would be fool not to understand this.. 🤪

Such a nice post. Instead of bashing ny one u brought correct points that all r correct bt circumstances r wrong. Well I guess when jallu will qstn her , she will think that he is doubting on her character. N then both will b hurt for the same reason ''LACK OF TRUST''. Bt in saare situation me WHITE WITCH is culprit for sure.
N ya at surface level it looks like she has choosen suja bt thorough analysis make us clear that she has choosen both

Good post, though I do not completely agree with it 😃
Umm Is Jodha asked to choose between her husband and brother??? Does anybody want her to just be with Jalal and throw her bro out of her life or pick her bro and break off her marriage.. No right????
This situation is not black and white, Jalal and Jodha both are looking at it with their own eyes, hearts and brains and acting accordingly, no situation where relationships and feelings are involved can be black or white. If we look at the situation from either of their POV then they are right in their respective places, since u are writing from Jodha's POV sure she is right, she does not mean to hurt her husband, all she wants is to save Jalal & Sujamal's life, but if seen from Jalal's POV he is right too

1) What is wrong is Jodha meeting up with Sujamal more than once in a clandestine way, just one question here Does Jodha always do what Jalal asks her to do???? right from the moment they met???

2) Again does Jodha always do what Jalal has asked her to do? yes he has forbidden her to involve herself in matters of sujamal the person who is a traitor to his empire and has killed 2 of his relatives and is believed to want to kill him too (that is the picture that is put forth to Jalal), Now does Jalal know who Jodha meets???? his biggest point of discontent is her not trusting him enough to share whatever is going on with her with him, which is true. he does not know about the vachan. HOW IS HE CONTRADICTING HIMSELF?

Agree with point 3,4 & 5 and the last part šŸ‘šŸ¼

nice post
welcome to the forum😳
but i disagree😊
first of all it was never a question of choosing between jalal and sujamal
she is keeping mum only and only becoz of jalal's safety😳
she meets sujamal only and only becoz of jalal
if she was more concerned about sujamal she would have shown interest in meeting him again
after their first meeting in temple😳

Ditto...very well putšŸ‘ I am glad to see a post where someone is analyzing the situation and not the characters. Jodha's POV explained well and Jalal is not being made out to be a monster. Just based on the promo, I will not assume that he will question her character, something that a lot of people ( including me) are concerned about...i think they will surprise us.

Nice post.

''Atleast'' here POV of Jodha is explained to an 'extent'. How difficult is it to choose in these situations. Lets see how things progress.

But was refreshing to read this post.
