There's a telecast of New Promo where in we saw that Naitik is very happy with Akshara's third pregnancy as he hopes to re-live those moments with the upcoming baby which he missed when he was in Coma and during all that duration of Coma, he had missed all that Love from Naksh(Duggu).

And here Doctor advises Akshara to ungergo ABORTION as there are complications in her pregnancy .

Will Akshara Abort her Child and breaks her as well as Naitik's dream ?

Or Akshara already aborted her child? and Naitik is not aware!?

Ak in doctor's clinic. Doc say she should not carry this pregnancy. doc tell her that time is very less. she should go for abortion. and ak remember nk saying he want to see duggu's child hood memories with this new baby. doc says she should abort this baby.
Back ground voice says what ak will do? one side family waiting for this baby.other side its her life.

def she will not do like that, as per new article too say ak plan to cont the preg. so back ground voice say one side nk dream and the family other side its her life. we all know ak will ready to sacrifice her life for nk and family But nk and family will not agree for this.

I was away so dont know and I did not saw the promo but only I heard it when it was running thats why I have putted the question marks in my post which you can see :) .

Secondly we all know Akshara will never think of even doing abortion and hence I have putted another question marks . Either way it remains same that what will she do and only way to save herself is abortion . And track is already started as precap shown Akshara fainted. :( Naitik is shocked.

Def ak will choose her child only. but def nk's life is ak. its difficult for him to choose between baby and ak. but def he will choose ak . its very hard for naksh. and ak will def go in depression.

i am sure akshara will choose to continue and when family will find out they will convince her to go for abortion. i wish that they didnt show this track instead showed a nice pregnancy track..
