Who will get Vidya's Custody?

I think Ahem will somehow get Vidya's custody by hook or crook

Or the show might go in Bade Ache lagte hain way wherein Priya herself gave Pihu's costody to Ram so that Pihu doesn';t get entangled in 'grave court matters!

Besides sbs showed a segment wherein Gopi asked Vidya (offscreen) with whom she wanna live? And she replied Papa furthur she asked her she doesn't want he mother its final...I think Devoleena hinted that Vidya gonna be with Ahem and not her.

I dont think they gonna reunite in near future as it will demand the unfolding of Radha's truth referring to previous history it took ages to unfold the truth of Rashi Jigar marriage and given that it will take at least 4 months for Radha to get exposed!

in between there can be various sub twists...Like Gopi getting hints of Radha's truth and then Radha emotionally blackmailing Gopi to do what she want as she only knows Meera/Gauri truth and Gopi might fall easy prey as she wud be desperate to know where has Radha kept Meera!

Whoever gets Vidya's custody I would love it the most if cvZ show Rashi supporting Gopi in court against all the family...(I know am too ambitious and it wont happen) but in later stage she might help Gopi in exposing Radha...

I did some research last night In hindu law custody goes to the mother as the court feels the child needs her mother most of all, both parents can have joint custody, where as muslim law shia law custody is given to the mother until the age of seven.
