The whole college was gathered to celebrate the festival of colours HOLI.Everyone was happy.Everyone was splashing colours over one another as the holi dhamaka had begun.In coloured white the dressed-up girls and guys were enjoying to the fullest.Holi mood was on!
Inside the room Suvreen,Annie and Naro were getting ready for the holi blast.Suvreen actually did not want to go and get drenched in those colours.She never played holi in Kathgodam too but here Annie and Naro put up their best puppy-faces and she could not give a no to it.
Suvreen-Oho main apna baal tied hi rakhungi...mujhe ye holi khelna nahi pasand...par tum dono ke liye jaa rahi hun
Annie-Suvi,ye tera best holi till today hogi...promise!
Suvreen-Best holi till today...main toh aaj tak holi kheli hi nahi...toh ye meri first holi till today hogi...
Naro-Suvi...pehle chal na...
On the other side Yuvraj and his bhais were getting ready too.
Rathie-arre bhai aap toh pura mast lag rahe ho...kudiyan mar jayengi aap pe
Mannu-aur mein...
Rathie-chod...koi billi jaise lag raha hai tu
Mannu-Kya...bhai dekhiye na...
Yuvraj-Oyee rathie mannu...tum mere bhai ho na...toh hum teno hi best lagenge...dekhlena...
Mannu and Rathie grinned.
Yuvraj and his bhais then came into the ground where it was being celebrated.The girls ogled at Yuvraj who was in a simple white kurta with his as usual top-two buttons open style with a killer look on his face.
Yuvraj-Oye rathie,ye topper aur uske do billiyan nahi aayein ab tak...
Mannu-bhai bullets lag rahe hain..
Yuvraj-KYa??
Rathie's mouth opened too.
Yuvraj looked in the direction rathie and mannu were looking to and he saw the three beautiful ladies with a traditional look.
He took one glimpse at Suvreen and was lost in her.Annie and Naro had make-up on their faces but she had none.She was wearing a simple white anarkali with her hair tied up in a white band and later swayed into her right-shouldr.She had small little matching earrings and her duppatta was swinging from her right shoulder.The only defect was that she had a worried look on her face but still she looked cute with her button-nose scrunching up.
Yuvraj got out of his trance by Rathie and Mannu's voices.
"Bhai...kahan khoye hue hain...Suvreen main??"they said with grins on their face.
Mannu-Arre bhai toh sach mein romeo ban gaye
Yuvraj-Saale...aisa kuch nahi hai...mere chodo tum jao apne heroines ke paas...
By then the girls reached near the boys.
Yuvraj-Oyee hoye topper...holi ke liye itna darr... he said with a evilish smile.
Annie-kyun Yuvi...apne aapko bada smart samajhta hai...woh darr nahi rahi...
Naro-haan tum bas imagine aise imagine kar rahe ho.
Yuvraj-tum dono apna kaam karo na
Mannu n Rathie-Acha chodo...happy holi Annie...happy holi Naroji aur Suvreen happy holi
The girls too replied in unison with smiles-Happy holi
Yuvraj-Topper lagta tu aaj holi khelne ke mood mein nahi hai...ab toh bahot mazaa aayega
Suvreen-Dekho Yuvraj mujhe rang lagane ki koshish bhi mat karna...chopsey karlungi tumhari
Yuvraj-Achha..
Suvreeen-haan... and she left from the place hurriedly.
In some minutes seniors started to run after juniors to play holi with them.Suvreen just avoided all this and went to sit in a corner.
She was just going to a safe place when someone pulled her behind a plillar.She was about to scream when she felt a familiar grip on her mouth.She looked up to see and saw it was Yuvraj smiling at her evilly.
Suvreen jerked his hand away and said-"Bola tha na mere peeche mat padhna warna..."
Yuvraj took a step towards her-"warna..??"
Suvreen took a step backwards and pointed a finger to him-"sochlo yuvraj...warna..."
Yuvraj again took a step forward and said-"Yuvi cheetah hai cheetah...warna kya bol...bol?"
By this time Suvreen had hit the pillar and was getting worried as she thought he will apply colour on her face..."warna...dekho mere paas"
Yuvraj-"pepper spray bhi nahi hai..."
Suvreen realised she didn't have anything and stammered..."toh...toh kya..."
Yuvraj took his hand slid out the rubberband out from her hair and her long hair swayed on her right-shoulder.Suvreen was in a loss of words and didn't know what he was doing.
Yuvraj-"Tu aise hi zyada beautiful lagti hai"
Suvreen-"kya??Kya kar rahe ho"
Yuvraj thought to put colour on her face and said-"Bura mat maano...kyunki"before he could do anything a loud splash drenched yuvraj.😆
Rathie and Mannu shouted from back-"Kyunki...Holi hai!!!" and laughed.
Suvreen was fully ok because Yuvraj was before her so she did not get drenched.Yuvraj angrily looked at Mannu and Rathie and then heard Suvreen laugh out loudly.He got angry and said-"Ruk topper...tujhe chodunga nahi...aur tum logon ko abhi dekhta hun"and ran after Mannu and Rathie and they had a colour fight.
Suvreen laughed uncontrollably and after sometime stopped.She looked at her hair and remembered the moment that happened just before some minutes and smiled.
Then Annie came to her and said-"Suvi tu yahaan kya kar rahi hai...aa na"
Suvreen-"Annie tu bhootni jaise lag rahi hai"
Annie-"Tu itna clean freak banke khadi hai...toh tu pura angel jaise lagegi na...ab chal..."
Annie,Naro and Suvreen were talking when Mannu,Rathie offered them some glasses of thandai.(colddrinkTongue)
Annie-"Oye hume ullu samajhta hai...dekho main jaanti hun ismein bhaang mila hua hai"
Naro-"ya she is right...jao yahaan se"
Rathie-"Arre ye thandai hai...bhaang nahi...dekho hum bhi peete hain"
and they both took two-two glasses and drank it.
Suvreen-"ab dekho...do minute mein ye apne aap ko balance nahi kar payenge"
Annie-"Haan..."
But Rathie and Mannu were normal.
Rathie-"Dekho hum theek hain...ye thandai hai...ko bhaang waang nahi.."
Mannu-"haan bilkul..."
Then the girls fell into their traps and drank some glasses.Annie and Naro were full but Suvreen did not stop.She repeatedly kept drinking.
Naro-"Arre Suvi acidity ho jayegi..."
Suvreen-"Arre thandai se acidity nahi hoti..."
Annie and Naro forcibly took the glass from her and said-"Pagal ho gaye ho kya Suvi??"
Suvreen started to loose her balance but she controlled herslef.
Annie-"Naro ye aise kyun behave kar rahi hai...omg kahin iske glass mein bhaang toh.."
Both of them were shocked and angrilly went to look for rathie and Mannu.Suvreen then remembered something.
Suvi-"Arre mera woh band toh uss gadhe ne le liya...haww mera favourite band tha...ab mere paas white colour ka band toh nahi hai...Yuvraaj"
She started yelling his name and went to search for him.
She kept shouting "Yuvraj...chor...kahan ho"
Then some stupid boys surrounded her and started singing-"Tera dhyaan kidhar hai...tera hero idhar hai"
Suvreen felt uncomfortable but still she said-"Besharam...gadhe yahaan kya kar rahe ho...jao yahaan se"
The boys kept grinning at each other.
Yuvraj heard someone yelling out his name and so he went here and there to search who was it.He then found Suvreen surrounded by some bhaang-addicted boys and went there to her rescue.He went there and the boys got scared seeing their Yuvraj bhai in anger.They fled from there.Yuvraj directly came to Suvreen held her hand and pulled her to an open place.Suvreen started shouting again.
"Chor Yuvraj...mere band kyun le liye tumne"
Yuvraj shut her mouth by putting his hand on her mouth.
"Pagal ho gayi hai tu...itna zor se kyun chilla rahi hai"
Suvreen-"Mmm...mphh"she struggled to speak.
Yuvraj-"Zarur tujhe kissine bhaang pila diya hai"
Suvreen jerked away his hand and said-"Nahi...maine koi bhaang waang nahi piya..."
Yuvraj saw that she was getting uncontrallable and so he said-"Chal mere saath"
Suvreen-"Main nahi jaungi...tum jao...mujhe holi khelna hai"
Yuvraj-"Kya??Abhi thodi der pehle toh tu bhaag rahi thi holi se...ab kya?"
Suvreen-"Tum jaaoo...mujhe nahi jaana nahi jaana nahi jaana"
Yuvraj-"Topper...chup-chap mere saath chal...tu apne hosh mein nahi hai"
Suvreen-"Acha jaungi par ek minute...ruko"
She went somewhere and Yuvraj kept waiting.She did not come back and when Yuvraj looked for her she showed her tongue and ran away-"Nahi jaungi ab tumhare saath"
Yuvraj-"Ye ladki apne hosh mein nahi hai...PAGAL KARDEGI SABKO"
He also ran after her and after a few rounds he caught her.Afterall he was cheetah.😉
He held her tightly and tied her duppata to her mouth.Suvreen kept struggling to get out from his grip but it wasn't easy.He dragged her till half-way but Suvreen did not go easily.So he picked her up and went to his room as Suvreen's room was locked.He lad her down on the bed and freed her from the duppata.She stood up but she couldn't balance herself and again fell down on the bed.
Yuvraj-"Topper paani pi aur so jaa..."
Suvreeen drank the water and hardly could keep her eyes open.So she obeyed him and slept.Yuvraj was about leave but Suvreen said-"Kitne selfish ho...mujhe akele kaise chod ke jaa rahe ho"
Yuvraj looked back-"Acha meri maa...kahin nahi jaa raha hun...tu soja"
Suvreen then indicated him to come nearer.He came and asked-"Kya hua?".Suvreen said nothing but pulled him closer and said-"Bura mat mano...holi hai"and kissed him on his cheek and then slid her hand across his cheek which was filled with colour.Yuvraj was amused and then saw her hand and touched his cheek and realised she had tricked him.
Suvreen-"Happy holi Yuvraj"
Taking advantage of his shocked stage she go up from the bed and tried to run but again was about to fall but Yuvraj caught her and said-"Tu itni ziddi kyun hai?"
Suvreen giggled and said-"Dekho maine pehle tumhare upar rang daal diya..."
Yuvraj pulled her closer and said-"Dekh main koi cheez free main nahi leta...". Saying so he brushed his cheek on hers and planted a soft peck on her cheek and said-"Happy holi topper"
Suvreen smiled and blushed a little and Yuvraj could feel the red colour hue on her cheeks although they were filled with colour.But in some minutes Suvreen fell asleep on his shoulder.Yuvraj took her in his arms and laid her carefully not disturbing her sleep.He smiled at the sleeping beauty who also had a smile adorning her face.
YUVREEN FOREVER!!!
Okay after a long time a OS from my side.😛Today my exams start but I could not stop myself from writing it.Holi is being celebrated on different days at different places.In jharkhand and Orissa we are celebrating it on 17th.So for us its advance holi.If holi is gone like in Delhi sides and all then beleated happy holi.😃Hoping that those colours fill your lives with sparkles.😃HAPPY HOLI everyone!And I hope you like my crap work after ages.😛😆
