Not married. With wife mad you need 6 months for divorced, with wife dead and no body need 5 years for wife to be declared dead and other spouse to be able to marry. We might get another round of blackmailing by Pia now to get JP married since 5 years are up. Now with the kids that with joint custody she gets the kids half the time unless he marries her.

But megs...you are talking about real law...what about the laws in Ektaland???

I was wondering if somehow Pia is to blackmail Jai into a marriage...or even fake it in front of Bani...what the repurcussion would be..

Yep sorry forgot about ektaland laws where mother can sign asway custody of child while father is alive or while sadam hussien can get a lawyer all bombay lawyers turn adi down for bani's case. The bane of our existance.

Well i think no marriage has happened because they have to give audience heartburn with another almost marriage of JP. I really don't know what they are going to do. Butcher JW more, or start with the revenge track where as MT says we get a Jai Durga marriage so that she can get into WM and wreak havoc.

As for a staged or fake for bani, that has already been done and brutally so I don't see another go around but with stupid creatives who knows.

Well she has walked into Ad's house now and once she sees Bani/Durga she
will raise her evil head again and cause more problems but I am really
placing my viewing hopes on B/Durga getting rid of this evil...I want to see
that....
The episode b4 Bani leaves for London/USA with AD, in her dialogue she
says that a sister can forgive a fault of a sister but a mother can never
forgive an assualt to her--???? 😕

I have been saying the same thing over and over. That I don't consider AD a threat. I feel he has to leave sooner or later and our JB will always end up together. but, while here, if he can help Bani take reveneg more power to him.
Right now, I have been very glad to see him because whatever his reasons, he had saved Bani when she needed saving most. And she is alive today to be with her children.
As u said, the real threat is Pia. It has been extremly diasspointing and depressing to see JW to nothing to throw Pia out. It's unbeleivable the way he was butchered.
I don't care whether even if it's AD who helps Bani. (On the other hand, I will wish more power to him). I want Bani to make pia pay. It is more than high time.

I agree Bhavie. I also got the impresson, that destructors 😡are trying to give a sign by showing pia entering the AD house and also getting her friendly with the sister who is like pia in her early years and who seems to be gungho about her.

I seriously hope that soon the we see Bani having the upper hand and making pia pay inch by inch rather than more plots againt Bani by pia.🤢

Ditto. Yes, I don't think Bani can ever forgie pia for separating her from her children. I think that is one sin that she can't forgive. I just hope that she finds out the truth soon so that she can concentrate her revenge on pia.
