Lets see what they will show. Ratan was made to look like a fool when he was made to sign the adoption papers - served him right for being the arrogant fool. Perhaps he is illiterate and did not know that he is not supposed to pay alimony/maintenance for the estrange wife and child when the wife has remarried. He did not even consult his lawyer. Rat was a monster, still he and his parents loved Mannu (though for the reason of being a male heir- they did not like Padma's daughter). Now perhaps he is supposed to save Mannu's life by donating his bone marrow, so it is fair that he will want his only waris back. Asking him to donate his bone marrow for altruistic reason of saving a child's life is too much for a criminal like him. And since Mannu is his own child, it will not be wrong on his part to try to get back his son (though as per creative's track record - he will not get anything just like Mahavir Singh). If they could show all this logically (and not some emotional drama), it will be a good track.
