Beautifully analyzed, Maham...especially agree with the lines in bold👏

The past few epis have been quite nice...Tanya is the only constant annoyance...her scenes are pathetic and really put me off...she's become the cliched desperate vamp and Anshuman has no mind around her...only the poignant Anshuman-Paakhi scenes bring this show back on track...that and Ayaan-Girish.

Today's epi was lovely as well and the precap again looks promising for the admittance from Anshuman that in a different set of circumstances without any baggage b/w them, he would have loved Paakhi unconditionally.

Thank you Nur! Miss discussing the show with you guys.. @Tanya: I agree, though she has been a little more sensible in these two episodes. I wonder who is a bigger annoyance.. Tanya or Lavanya? 😆 Loved today's episode. I love these two for being so rich in conversations.. the love, pain and complexity of what they share came through beautifully. Also how Anshuman is still scared of the idea that he will lose Paakhi forever once she goes away was beautifully done. The heartbeat moment was so sweet and poignant.. Sad how every conversation of theirs led to something painful. Its an inevitable part of them right now... Like Anshuman said yesterday.. the bond they have holds more pain than happiness and that rang true today. There were answers and then so many more questions.. Precap looks promising indeed. I love the intensity of his admission.. Iqbal and Shraddha have been amazing!

I miss discussing the show with you too, man but sadly the show has gone into stagnation mode a bit with these maha-epis and then the extension on the original storyline...the fillers are frankly VERY obvious and in b/w I even stopped watching for a bit...only the bit with Ayaan finding the truth brought me back cuz frankly I'm not interested in watching two women having petty catfights over Anshuman...Paakhi as a character is above this kind of pettiness and all this challenge nonsense showing them fighting over Anshuman like a piece of meat is really demeaning to watch to say the least.

Anyways coming back to what's been good the past few days...yes they are touching upon the important bits in continuation like Anshuman's fear of losing her and I'm glad to see that too...also loved the throwback to the Chaand-Rohini story today cuz that's one of my fav. early scenes of theirs...the fact that they still hold on to the original threads of the story and even as they take detours into filler land, they are overall hanging on to those threads and weaving them together...that keeps me watching.

While it's good that there is that sense of transparency b/w them now, I find it painful to watch Paakhi laying her soul so bare in front of him...not even worried about her self-respect or dignity as she faces constant rejection...she deserves better but all she gets is a confused Anshuman romancing cheapo Tanya...what joy *rolls eyes*...

I wish Paakhi could hide her feelings better and not be shown to be wasting her time in catfights with Tanya...instead again and again she has to ask these questions to Anshuman when he himself doesn't know the answers.

That said, the precap is very touching...the emotion on Paakhi's face...yes, Shraddha and Iqbal have been doing a wonderful job.

One more bit I loved...the way Anshuman shushed her when she was protesting him putting the coat on her...Iqbal's voice *sigh*😆

I do agree about the Tanya-Paakhi scenes. Though its amusing to see Paakhi walk all over Tanya and not care two bits about being nice to her. I don't really see Paakhi truly fighting for Anshuman though.. She simply wants to secure Anshuman and Ayaan's future without her and that can only happen with Tanya out of the picture. That's her basic purpose.. to make Anshuman see how wrong Tanya is for him and Ayaan and who she is as a person. It doesn't necessarily translate into how Paakhi herself is the one for Anshuman. She is generally too scared to consider the prospect of Anshuman being in love with her and I've seen her feel afraid of putting her heart out there all over again and incredibly vulnerable at some points. Until tonight, she has never let herself hope again.. the last two episodes have been different in that respect. There was honesty and alot of painful confessions involved.

I'm glad they are still hanging onto the original threads of the story.. Indian shows deteriorate so easily so I'm still happy with this one. They do have slip-ups but then I don't expect perfection either :) You gotta overlook some things.. The Chand-Rohini story was one my earlier favorites too.. I loved how they touched upon that today.

As for the coat moment.. hahahaha Iqbal's voice was indeed sigh-inducing! Loved it as well.. and yeah I agree about Shraddha's hairstyle. She should keep this one.. suits her more :)

@Maham: Hmmm then I guess it's just me...whatever be the reason, to see every second promo being about Paakhi winning the biwi challenge as if there is nothing more to her than fighting with Tanya over Anshuman is lame to me atleast.

Anyways speaking of the good again...also loved the heartbeat scene today...LOL@ Anshuman's smile when Paakhi playfully puts her ear to his chest and says she can't hear a heartbeat and then did he actually jerk a muscle in response? hahaha

I dont like the promos either. I feel they mis-communicate what is actually going on in the show. I wonder who is behind them. 😆 I have seen some tremendous growth in Anshuman too ever since Paakhi came back so as long as the main pairing has not gone down the drain I can watch the show. :)

@The heartbeat scene: I loved Anshuman's smile.. you know it was interesting the way he looked at her when she asked where his heartbeat was.. it was almost as if to say that she was his heartbeat. I know that sounds cheesy but his eyes spoke volumes in that brief moment there. And yes he did jerk a muslce in response.. loved that hahahaha!
