Thanks for your excellent and enlightening research. With reference to your above personal comment, what about castration as a real punishment for rape/sexual assault?

the best is in ksa and Iran . In other gulf countries its death penalty. Coz when a 4 yr old gal raped by school driver in Dubai the government gave him a death penalty
