The last line sirjee told Sandhya needs to be pondered upon by her. It is a fact that in any career if you choose one you have to give something in other. More so if you are IPS. At any point for an IPS officer between duty and family it has to be family only. As their duty is not ordinary one at times. It can be of life and death to people and can also concern national security.
If Sandhya feels that Bhabo's EV is of utmost importance to her then it is better she chooses some other profession like Sirjee said so that without being in pressure cooker she can do duty to parivaar and career.
I am stressing Bhabo's EV because as Sooraj's wife Sandhya can very well manage family and career. Because Sooraj will adapt himself to the demands of her profession and will give her adequate support wherever needed. But if she has to live as Bhabo's darling bahu IPS is not at all a fit career for Sandhya.
