Question: you shot to fame in a very short period & are still a very much grounded person.How do u handle the fame you are getting?
Answer: That's how People thinks. it's not about handling. If you are person who concentrate on work and want to deliver good so anything like fame , recognition applause all of this comes in your way. I don't think that i ever thought that I am famous I always wanted to deliver the best, do a good job and do justice to the character so people like it they appreciate and love it. I never had problem because of fame.

Question: How does it feel when you get a good response for the Show and from fan?
Answer: It's out of the world. It's the best thing an actor could get, recognition and appreciation from who are watching and loving it. It feels like all your hard work has payed off at the end of the day when viewers and fans like it "Oh My God.. this guy's doing a good job" that appreciation has brought me so far, thanks for motivating me.


Question: Putting as a complaint From your fans, You doesn't reply to your fans on Social Media may be, because of constraint of time or whatsoever. What message you would give to those fans?
Answer: When ever i get time I reply. i am guilty ,I know... guilty as charged. I don't get too much time to reply. when ever i get time i read all their comments. but i get time to reply only for few. It's not that i choose people and reply them it's that i just get time to reply to first or second comments though i read all the tweets.

Answer: Off course i would love to host. I always been an anchor all my life Acting Just happen to me. I love to Anchor


Question:Who has been the key person in your life in you work circle?
Answer: Gorky Sir.

Question: Funniest Moment On the set of Arjun ?
Answer: First Shot that I gave was funniest moment for me..

Question:A place where you want to go at least once in your life time?
Answer: I want to go to mount Everest


Question: If You get an offer To play A Super cop Again Will you Accept It Or Will Wait for a Different Role??
Answer: If I was offered to play Arjun in another show I would definitely do it. If Not i want to experiment in different characters

Question: With whom you had a better chemistry - Behzaad Khan or Rohit Purohit?
Answer: It's Behzaad Khan

Question:which episode was the most hectic for you to perform ?
Answer: The 11th episode. Armed truck episode I was shooting 23 hours everyday for 4 days. so it's 11th and 12th Episode

Question: In a 24 hour of a day how much time do you manage to get for your fans ?
Answer:Well 1 hour goes for my Fan Hopefully. Yeah 1 hours

Question: When did you first know u wanted to become an actor?
Answer:When I was very young when I was 16 I always wanted to be an actor or an anchor

Question: What you have to say about you co-stars Sana, Sameeksha, Murnal ?
Answer: Sameeksha is the most prettiest and most gorgeous girl that i ever came across in real life. super talented actress , very spontaneous, She is so charismatique on screen people hardly see me. Then it's Sana I am blessed to have a friend like Sana, She is the most supporting and most caring friend you can come across she is always bubbly, full of energy. She will never let you have a dull moment in your life so I am blessed to have a friend like her. She is a brilliant Co-Star and a good actress as well. Mrunal is a very smart worker. She knows how to get things done she knows her likes she knows her decision . She is very shorted in her life that make her good as an actress and that's the best part of her.

Question:What is the strangest or toughest part of being an actor?
Answer: An actor is like a clown. You will never know what is his real emotion, you may want to cry some days but the script might want you to laugh that's the toughest part of being an actor. Emotions are always hidden, no one knows in Television what you feel, you can't express your real emotions as a person you have to express it as a character. So for me the toughest part of being an actor is your emotional tremors will always be inside you,you can't get it out as you have to play the character.

Question: What famous person do people tell you that you are similar to?
Answer: I think it's Bachchan sahab .. Mr. Amitab Bachchan.

Question: What kind of changes Arjun brought in you?
Answer: I always have been very passionate very heard working obedient and a disciplined person in life. Arjun Made me much more mature as a person it made me an actor it thaught me how to deal with situations how to think smartly basically it made a boy to a man.

Question: What is your idea of perfect life?
Answer: According to me perfect life is when your family is healthy wealthy and loved. When the family is happy I think I will be happy. That will be my perfect life

Question: which is your most favorite episode on Arjun?
Answer: There are many, each episode is very special for me. the first episode is close to me, then the 4th episode is very close to me, Train episode is very close to me, last episode of ETF is very close to me Sana's last episode is very close to me and the last episode of Arjun will always be close to me.

Question: A moment that you got surprised by your acting skills?
Answer: I was not sure about emotional scene, I thought I would not be able to do it. The first emotional shot i got right, the First time I cried on screen, was on the 4th Episode and directors came and hugged me and told me "Shaleen you've done it today". So yeah the emotional scene is something which really surprised me, I never thought that I can ever be a person to emote through his eyes.


Question: What was the first scene you shot for Arjun?
Answer: Climax punch was the first scene I shot for Arjun.

Question: What does Shaleen like the most surprises or predicted steadiness??
Answer: I like Surprises.

Question: What do you prefer the most?? Sea or Hills??
Answer: I prefer Hill Side.

Question: Where do you want to see yourself in 10 years??
Answer: I would like to see my self holding Oscars, Filmfare, and IIFA award in my hand for best actor.

Question: Do you discuss your performances with your family?? What was the most memorable compliment you got so far??
Answer: Yes.after Arjun everyday I call home and discusses about the episode with them. After watching first episode My mom said you can't act you are not an actor.but after a few episode she called me back and said "brilliant acting you proved that you can act". But the best compliment for me is when people are comparing me with the Amitab Bachchan . "You remind of Bachchan sahab his young days" point is after the Bachchan sahab no one ever has been the angry young man, people compare you With the best, call you angry young man, that's the best compliment.


Question:What was the most challenging moment while playing Arjun?
Answer: Balance between the life of Shaleen and Arjun and to make sure both are different lives not to mix each other in to one. Because if both get smirched then you really become confused in life. The most difficult and challenging part of playing Arjun is that i wanted Arjun to be Arjun when i am Arjun i am not Shaleen I am Arjun and only Arjun if you talk to me i will even answer like Arjun. But as soon as the director says pack up i get back to being Shaleen again, the guy who like to joke, full of life, the guy who just wanted to have fun. so balancing that was the most challenging part for me.

Question: Which childhood memory still inspires you?
Answer: I remember when i was in 2nd or 3rd standard i came last in athletics, in race and i was very dishearten. My Dad said you don't have to worry it's just a start there is always a next morning. It's not that people who are better than you or they are the best it's just that you were not good today. So keep working hard. So from the next year from standard 4th to 12th I always have been the gold-medalist in athletics.

Question: Any Television Actor who has inspired you?
Answer: Actors like Ronit Roy and Ram Kapoor, people who still manage to hold up on Televisions for so long. They have been badsha of television even after 15 year.

Question: what is your plan after Arjun? are you coming back with any new project soon? or you are going to have a break?
Answer: I am workaholics if I do not work for a day i feel like my life not complete. so as soon a good project come my way i will take it, it doesn't mean i will take any project just for money no I want a good challenging and a different role to come my way, and I would definitely want to work soon.

Question: Which was your favorite subject in school days?
Answer: well it always kept on changing. In early stage it was geometry, mathematics was one of my favorite. then it was Chemistry , Biology , physical Education, Civics basically Science Maths and English .

Question: Bollywood , Hollywood or Television Actress you would like to do a romantic film with?
Answer: I would love to do a romantic role with Sushmita Sen

Question: Which role of Mr. Amithab Bachchan you would like to do ?
Answer: Bachchan Sahab's role Vijay Deenanath Chauhan in Agneepath

Question: Which is your favorite scene with Sana Khan?
Answer: All my scene with Sana are my favorite. We had good time shooting them

Question: Your favorite scene with Mrunal Thakur?
Answer: The first time she met me, i liked it.

Question: Do you still miss anchoring on MTV, roadies?
Answer: Yes I do. I always loved and cherish those moments. I used to be on stage
and the crowd behind me it was so good to be on the stage

Question: How was your journey in Arjun ?
Answer: The journey is un-expressible and un-explainable because it's started with me un-comfortable as an actor. As an actor you usualy progress so I learned acting on the show. I met lots of good friends on the show, I learned lots of Technics. and Lots of Actions and reactions. I think it's a journey filled with a lot of laughter, filled with love, care, a lot of mutual respect for everyone and a lot of learning. it's started on a very high note and raised through one and a half year. We never wanted the show to end. In my life this one and half year was a wonderful journey

Question With whom were you close off screen?
Answer: Behzad khan, Sana Khan and Sameeksha Singh

Question: Fans makes amazing Edits Video Mix do you like them?
Answer: I love them, I love all the creations. I wonder How they do this, they are so talented and that shows their love, they spend so much time making it. I think it's unbelievable, that how much they love you how much they care for you they are putting so much efforts on them it's un-expressible.

Question: Do you Believe In LUCK?
Answer: Yes i do believe in luck. But i think that luck will only come to you if you work hard enough. If you really work hard for the goal you want to achieve then luck will be on your side.

Question: You are the only Television Hero who got a chance to romance 3 beautiful leading ladies but you couldn't do it what you feel about it ?
Answer: well the story was like that I romance only one beautiful lady Shameeksha ak Roshni other beautiful ladies are Mrunal and Sana. The story was like I fall in love and to have romantic scenes the story was meant to be like that but it didn't happen.

Question: You had mentioned about your book,when are you planning to publish it?
Answer: I am a different kind of a writer. well exactly I am not a writer I don't know how to say it. When I am on a particular zone when i am feeling like writing I just write around 15 page 12 page a day and just keep it. It's more of a hobby. Because I love writing. So there is a long time to go for that.

Question: Which is your favorite color in the range of shirts you wore for Arjun?
Answer: Black, white, gray navy-blue But I was surprised by all the colors they chose for me green, orange yellow they all were looking not that bad on me.


Question: Which language do you know?
Answer: I know how to speak in Hindi, Punjabi and English and yeah i know one more language it's the language of Love.

Question: The song Mujhko ye zindagiis was selected by you or Gorky sir?
Answer: Gorky Sir

Question: What are your Free time activities?
Answer: I watch TV, I play lots of play-station , i love going out with friends enjoying cup of coffee chilling out with them

Question:What is your favorite shopping destination ?
Answer: I am the worst shopper in the world. i don't know how to shop and i am very open about it. when i go to a mall if i see something i just pick it up with out even seeing what it is. if not i will not even buy anything. i don't have shopping destination i only have selected brand

Question: You have many fans in Bangladesh,as well.. What do you want to say to them?
Answer: I think the borders of countries do not matter when it comes to love and appreciation. I think people who are not even in the country who have loved me, adored me, wanted to watch me, I think all across the world and not only Bangladesh in the United States, the United Kingdom, all of them really liked my show, my performance and loved me. I want to say that you people are the best people I ever would have encountered, all of you fans of Arjun Please keep loving me the same way.

Question: Most scary moment on the set of Arjun ?
Answer: Once a light man had an electric shock he was very old it was the scary moment on the set for me.

Question: Your most favorite dialog of this show?
Answer: Samjhe Ya Samjhaun

Question: How did you find it working with four lions ?
Answer: They are a super bunch of people, they are not general, traditional producers that you will come across usually, they are very creative, they are more like a family it's not just a professional relation they treat us like a family member they are very caring. they are people who basically revolutionized the industry.

Question: If there is season 2 of Arjun will you be part of it?
Answer: I will love to be a part of it. I think I will leave the work i would be doing at the time to play Arjun in season 2.

Question: Arjun never believed in supernatural happenings, does Shaleen have the same attitude?
Answer: I believe in god. I believe that he is always there to support me. i am a big believer in god.

Question: What are the three things you absolutely love about yourself?
Answer: Sense of humor, I am hard working and very passionate.

Question: Have you ever tasted Bengali food?
Answer: Siddahrth Sen (Shree) made me eat lots of Bengali food. I absolutely love Bengali food it's very spicy and teats well .

Question: Other than acting and Anchoring would you like to explore yourself in any other field ?

Answer: I love to be a Marketing guy someday. I graduated in Marketing I have a specialization in Advertising and Marketing. Not only that if not an actor or an Anchor, I was a cricketer in the past i used to play cricket when i was 17. Yeah my love for the game has not died yet. so a Cricketer or a Marketing Manager
