Part 18

They were in their room when Shlok gathered some courage to tell her about his real face. He wanted to clear all the illusions.

"Aastha I want to ask you something" Shlok voice came from deep thoughts. Aastha looked him and felt that he was so depressed. She set beside him and worriedly asked

"What happen Shlok, I am seeing you are looking tense since your parents came." She looked bit tensed on his condition.

"I want to tell you something but first I want a promise that you will never leave me" he held her hand in his hand and told. She nodded her head but she became very anxious to hear it. She didn't know what he wanted to tell but she could feel that her fears were true.

"I want to tell you my story everything about me" he said after a long pause. Aastha clinched his hand and put her head on his shoulder

"No Shlok I don't want to know anything... I want to live only in my present... don't tell me a word about your past..." she said in trembling voice while Shlok looked in her eyes. He could see the shadow of fear in her beautiful hazel eyes.

"You have to listen it Aastha because I cannot lift the burden of my sins and fears anymore. I want to tell you everything so that we can live a blissful life." He cupped her face and said in painful voice.

"Shlok I am scared of your past... if you said something which I cannot not tolerate then I will die" she said in tearful voice while he tried to console her

"But if you don't listen this then I will die due to my guilt so please just listen" he said emotionally and broken. She hugged him tight

"My grandmother was widow with three children; my father is older son and loved his younger siblings very much. He became most respected and rich man due to his dedication. My mother was so simple woman and devoted to family deeply. My uncle I mean baba liked a girl and wished to marry her. My grandmother fixed the marriage and thus Amma became part of our family.

My Bua was very innocent just like you... she was very young when Amma's brother came in our home. My Bua fell in his love. She thought that her family will be agreeing on her choice. He was nice man. My mother was expecting when my father and dadi arranged her marriage with him. It seemed so simple to everyone. But everything ruined in just one day when my father came to know the reality of my bua's fiance. He was just behind our wealth and he didn't have any interest in my Bua's love.

My father was so furious at time he wanted to kill the man who ruined his sister life but the time was not so favorable for my father so instead he killed by the man brutally. He ran away and my bua remained shocked after the whole incident. She thought that she was the reason of all this so she suicide. This was not end of our misery so my mother became mad and during the child birth she passed away. I was the baby who lost both his parents before opened his eyes in the world. This was the last nail in the coffin of our happiness.

My grandmother transformed herself from calm and strong female to revengeful and brutal. Now she had just revenge in her life. She wanted to kill the man and his family. Amma became the helpless who just paid of her brother deeds all in her life. She lost the trust of my grandmother and other family even my baba could not defended her. My grandmother taught me just one thing from my childhood that I have to take the everything from the man who made my life hell.

I didn't grow up with affection of love but with hate and anger. My grandmother raised not me but my anger. She made me a devil who can just destroy, who didn't know to forgive anyone. After a long search we traced the man behind our pain.

I decided first to gain his trust. Very soon I became the most reliable person for him..." He paused and saw her. She was numbed and was waiting for the worst. He sighed and took her hand in his hand. Her hand was so cold like ice, he again started to tell

"I wanted to kill him and destroy all his wealth but before this I could do something he died in accident. I was shocked and felt very restless after this; I didn't imagine that much easy death for him. I thought that my revenge was over with him but my grandmother was not satisfied with the justice of god so she obligated me to fulfill my revenge with you. My luck gave me another chance when I found the culprit behind this game. Romila your step mother, I made her fell in my trap so that I could get the chance with you. I thought all the things were favorable for me. Your step mother wanted to remove you from her way of property. She shared her wicked plan with me. After that you knew what happen..." he paused again. She was speechless and shocked. He shook her hand when she became able to speak

"Shlok I cannot believe that my father could be a killer..." She burst in shock. "Why did you show me the brutal face of my father...? I told you that I don't want listen anything..."she cried badly in his arms when he felt his heart broken in piece on her misery. He could not get the courage to tell her rest things. He could not see the hate and pain in her eyes for him.

She was devastated to know about her father real face. She cried whole night in his arms. He didn't want to leave her alone for a second but he had to go to meet with Mr. Aauja another big problem for him.

He came to meet him in the hotel and found there none other than but Aayushmaan Aahuja.

"Hello Mr. Shlok how is you..." he asked with smile, Shlok was confused and could not guess the reason of his smile

"Aayushmaan Aahuja you wanted to meet me, I am here so tell me what the matter is?" he asked in flat tone

" you are very straight forward person, direct point to point so am I , I know all about your past and all about your game which you played with my Aastha." He replied in calm tone when Shlok clinched his fist on "my" word.

"She might be yours but now she is my wife and I didn't play any game with her, I saved her life and she loves me...this is the only thing you should know" he told him in very composed manner when Aayush laughed slightly

"Really is it... she can believe on this but I don't... I have the proof about that whole trap how did you trap Aastha in your dirty game and if I will show those in front of the world then what will happen with you, you can imagine so if you want to save your dark face from Aastha and the world then it will be better that you leave her and send with me far away from you and your grandmother" He ginned while Shlok was fumed inside

"And if I don't be agree with this then..." he asked in stubborn tone, the ruthless Shlok was back in his tone.

"Look I know about all your plan and I know that you got the property now you are after her life but I cannot let happen like this anymore. I want her safety only so I have a deal for you... you leave Aastha and take all the property... I will not do anything against you" he said sharply while Shlok looked him

"You may be right that you have proof but Aastha know everything. I told her all about myself. You said about her safety then just forget about that because she is my wife and I know how to protect my wife... I don't need your help" he said and about to leave. He felt angry and jealous on his concern regarding Aastha

"I know Shlok you can save her but how will you save her if she will live here... I cannot believe that you can forget about your revenge. If your grandmother will say you to kill her then what is the guarantee that your demon mind will not follow her order. I know very well that you worship her so I have doubt on your love for Aastha and I cannot take any risk" he said and Shlok became furious on his words.

"I don't want to prove in front of anyone about my love for Aastha and please I tell you don't try to come between me and Aastha" he shouted and turned to go. He became stunned to see Aastha at the door.

She was shattered to know about his plan. She was numb when Shlok moved towards her... he tried to hold her but she jerked his hand

"You didn't love, you wanted to take your revenge all the time." she was shocked to know the whole reality

"Aayushmaan I want to talk to him alone... can you leave us for sometime..." she said in firm voice when Shlok felt her anger. Aayushmaan left them alone in the room.

"My father was wicked and killer but who are you Shlok... You also did the same as he did with your family; you killed my trust again and again... if he is my father than is it my fault. What is my mistake? Why you crushed me again and again... I forgave you when you saved me even without knowing anything. I thought that may be my love can change your heart but you can never change, you were playing with me all the time... you made me fool for the property..." she cried. Shlok was speechless. Destiny played a very cruel game with him. He tried to defend himself

"Aastha I admit that I played the game but..." His voice was broken when she shouted

"But what Shlok if you wanted my property then you could tell me. I told you that I don't want all that but you didn't even tell me a word. You were playing with my heart all the time; you know Aayushmaan told me everything about you when he came back. He met me and told me all about your truth but I believed on our love... I saw you depressed and I thought you will tell me everything but you didn't. You told me only about my father sin but why did you hide that you played with my emotion till now." she said in bitter tone when he burst out his frustration

"Just keep quiet I don't want hear all this and yes I admit that was all my game but do I tell you one thing that I did not plan that I will fall in love with you ever. I didn't plan that I will marry you but I did because I love you damn it. I love you even I don't know how much" he shouted on her face when she got up from her place

"I am going far away from you because I cannot trust you whether you are telling truth or not... I am leaving you with all this property and your revenge... Aayushmaan arranged all the things because he knew that you will never stop your games." Aastha left him stunned and broken.

He could not believe that everything slipped from his hand rapidly. He came back in his senses quickly and saw the empty room. Just then Aayushmaan came

"Where is she? We have to reach airport." He asked furiously while Shlok became anxious

"I don't know but I am telling that stay away from her. I will not let you take her away from me" he said in firm voice and left.
