hiii i am suhana
i have been given an assignment in which i have to design a minor project for the semester and i am designing a stress level indicator
i want to use a controlling equipment too that can control the stress
can it be done
need suggestions
my teachers have refused saying that it is not possible
but is it possible
please suggest

Is it related to Biology? What kind of stress? Is it emotional stress? Do you need to actually create an instrument that functions practically?

Not possible because still scientists have not come up with ways to measure emotional stress. They have not even come up with measures to quantify emotional stress.
