neither did HK remove bullets from king's gun when he went hunting...nor did Akbar have a baandhi sit at the DEK and insult HK...and MA was no vicious post-woman either..constantly delivering and misinterpreting letters...

similarly, they're playing around with Ruqs too...having said that I've heard from five different sources who've read similar accounts on this issue - and these are books that have been kept in National libraries...that Ruqaiyya and Jalal were not on good terms for a long time...that they had disagreements due to her insecurities...and Akbar had stopped talking to her for a while...so, what they're showing is NOT TOTALLY false... Apparently, everything patched up between them after the birth of Salim (why they keep emphasizing on Ruqs loving Jalal's children from episode 1 even during fake pregnancy track)

These accounts do however mention that Akbar was close to both HK and Saleema begum and had great respect for these two - that HK was Akbar's beloved but he was close to Saleema too (they did have a son) but, in the serial for obvious reasons they've kept Saleema's relationship with him platonic...

Today's epi was just mindblowing. ...Ohh my Jalal 😳

He trusted Jo just like we all predicted. He knew it was Rukku.

I am so happy it got done within the snap of a finger...made him look so efficient!😳 and with such conviction...OMG

Today they showed the difference between Rukku and Jo. I m sure even Jo knew it was Rukku. And Even Jalal knew that Jo doubts Rukku. But Jo didn't complain about Rukku. Such a pure heart . After hearing those last dialougesof Jalal I m feelong sorry that Rukku is his wife.

Love the way he stopped the other begums for saying anything against Jo. And the way he blast Rukku was awesome.
And the last scene was just fabulous. Hats off to the dialogue writer and Rajat. They did justice to Akbar's character. I m respecting this character more and more.

Lashy, today's episode belonged to Jalal. He was rocking, the way he held himself and shut the mouth of begums in Sabah was fab! The last scene when his hand touched Jo's was awww😳. The episode was rocking.

the only thing that is bothering me is if everyone in his kingdom can worship the god of their choice,then why cant the bandis in the harem also do that.

Two things -

One the reason that Shreya gave (munnirony)...akbar's time was heavily Mughal dominated..him giving HK permission to have her idol itself was going against the norm...

secondly, its a mughal household his palace...and idol worship against Islam - so he just followed the rules...with HK's presence in his life, he realizes how it might be unfair to the other part of his populace and he changes the rules...

that's what he tells Jo too na..that everyone should be let to do their prayers their own way (and he mentioned this is what he believed in even before he wedded Jo...but, with him seeing her now...he understands it better and puts those beliefs into practises)

1) The very first best scene for me was when Jallu went to Jo after knowing about the murti kaand than calling a DEK👏 That showed how much he has started believing her👏

2) Second best thing was Jo asking Jallu whether he trusts her😃 I wanted her to ask that. And a cool and calm NO was an icing on the cake.😃

NO? You mean YES her trusts her...😆

3) Jo not replying to Jallu's question of whether she knew who the culprit was another very good scene.👏 Showed her class👏 and the impressed look that Jallu gave after that, said it all😳

YUP...

4) Jallu openly trusting and supporting Jo in the DEK despite MA, Ruq and some begums accusing Jo was a beauty. Jallu's meaningful dialogues in support of Jo and his reasoning on why Jo was not involved in the murthi kaand stole the show. His controlled anger against Ruq in DEK was wonderful.

I know...his control was not so much so when that other begum started HUZUR though...😆😆

5) Another big scolding and humiliation in private to Ruq was 😃😃 She called for it and deserved it😃 I know I am sounding mean, but yesterday's was the only Ruqlal scene that I enjoyed tension-free😆

6) I loved today's Akdha scene in the Angoori baag😳😳 Jo asking why Jallu is in the Angoori baag and whether he came in search of her was bang on👏 Jallu for a second phas gaya 😆 Jallu's answer on his religious tolerance was good. The hand touch was just brilliant.😳😳😳😳😳😳 In fact I so loved the hand touch and their expressions that I made a short analysis on this part on Ela's thread😆😆

WOWOOO...but, I must confess I am quite disappointed that Jodha didn't savour the moment longer Pallo...I mean yaar they've been husband and wife for so long..they trust, share and been together for so long...it doesn't look realistic if she's still not even comfortable holding hands..if anything else, I thought SHE WOULD..seeing how hurt he felt after she turned him down at the dhakka episode!😕

Today, it was Jallu all the way😆 and look how we were talking of less screen presence of Rajat till the episode started😆

Now, I am thinking what next😕 Ruq would now try and play a fair game and this opportunity I think would come knocking in the form of the boy in Jo's hojra😕 This is against harem rules. That means Jo faulted there. She will let down Jallu there and Ruq wins her brownie points. This is what I am thinking as of now.😕

I loved the way he shouts , "Hum BAAT KAR RAHE HAIN NA!" 👏 😃

And his shout for evidence to those silly begums.

I know Trips...oozed Shehenshahpan today!

But the most I liked was, his careful handling of Ruqaiyya. He never wanted to see her humiliated hence called her to his apartments... And Ruqaiyya didn't falter - She looked like she had blood on her hands, her expressions were a dead giveaway. 😆 😆

I swear...and she had it coming! Stop with the silly games and start acting sensible ...

This is what I hope pulls Ruq back, Shra.. That disappointed rage in Jalal. but no. NO. They aren't satisfied yet, not until she decides to kill Jodha!!

You mean like how Jodha (HK) nearly kills him in that hunting escapade for which she haven't been totally forgiven here yet and how Jalal nearly kills Jodha by forcing her into consuming poison for which he hasn't been forgiven here yet? What's good for the goose is good for the gander too...😆 😆

How sweet was that garden scene? 😳

And how sweetly beautiful Jodha looked, and how magesterially handsome, Jalal looked? That shaant vaatavaran, jal .. That gently electric brush of their fingers.. 😳

I know...and then he takes his FIRST STEP..he feels her...and she recoils...I'm disappointed...its making no sense anymore Trips..looks forced iske baad also that she can't even hold her husband's hand...😕

And then Jodha PULLS her hand away! 😡 Tell me, pushing her into the lake throwing her into a well? 😡 which one?

That's not gonna make her realize is it?😭

I LOVED today's episode. i think after badal-kajri episodes, this one was gr8 one. I liked how jalal came and asked jodha if she knows who did it/ and told her that he trusts her. then in DEk of women, he was oozing as royalty and ruler. Then, i noticed just how he talked to jodah alone first and then talked to ruq alone too so he did not differentiate even when he knew one was right and other wrong.

I know ayesha that showed his dignity...😃

omg, i could nto believe when he yelled at ruq. i got little scared too. and then last scene was awesome

i really liked the accidental touching and jodha should have kept her hand longer. hopefully, they will continue the scene tom.

Our Jo is a bit slow in this matter😆 With Jallu being the tutor, I am sure she will pick up soon😉😆 Her tutor will not leave her, till she understands. I am certain of that😉

Kya karu, shaqi dimaag works relentlessly. But I feel even if this truth comes up and Ruq scores some brownie points, Jallu's anger/hurt towards Jo would be temporary. Jo will enlighten him about why she brought the helpless boy and about the slavery system. Jallu will think on this matter, find out about this, slavery system removed and our Akdha will come a step closer. Thoda jyada sochne ke baad, yahi laga. Hope it turns out this way only. Not wanting to see a very angry Jallu or any MU on this. I hope I am proved right.😛

One thing I want to say. I had came across many discussions tht this is a choice b/w love nd friendship. But I dont think jalal would make any choices. He wants to take both together. Actually this is the choice b/w right nd wrong. He was hurt not just bcoz jodha was blamed, he was hurt also bcoz his best friend had broken the rules. He knows tht ruku can make mistakes but being a mughal begum who always talk about mughal pride had done sumthing which is against mughal rules. Actually yesterday I feel we saw jalal's emotions about both the ladies in his life. There r many arguments of jalal being unfair towards ruku bcoz of his love but I believe his reactions would have been the same if it was the other way round as well.
