If she rejects the praise. She is overconfident, cocky, and doesn't care for esteemed industry veterans or well wishers.

I bet you, if Alia would have distanced herself from the praise, there will be a hundred topics questioning why is this two-bit, two-movie sensation acting like she doesn't care for what people are saying.
