kalma tayyaba also known as Kalma Tauheed ...the first pillar of Islam ... its like a pledge like declaration of faith

The coin on the left side with Shensha Akbar image
Right side horizontal its written sahe ajlos 1 means Auspicious year I
Left side horizontal its written '' ALLAH U AKBAR'' means ALLAH/GOD is great(its the first line of Adhan too)
