What if Paro decides to sign the papers ?
That might save Rudra from being kicked out of BSD
What will happen to Paro then ?
If Thakursa hasnt found her till now, he will burn every village in Rajasthan to find her
What will Rudra do ? Will he let Paro get into Thakursa's hands ?
She is already in a witness protection program - no one knows who she is. Once she signs the papers, then her death is guaranteed
How will Rudra, and BSD protect their witness then ?
