I think Ishita saw first hand what Raman really thinks of her when he was talking to Ashok, unmindful that she was behind him. First, he described Ishita as exponentially better than Shagun, and then warned Ashok about badmouthing his wife. She had to feel special about it, no matter how much she hates him.
But I didn't like Mr Bhalla forcing Raman to the Valentines party. These 2 need time to cool down, and fully absorb what's happened.
