Khamma Ghani my forum-wasis! I am BACK!
The thing is, I got engaged this Saturday, and so I missed RR for a few days. But now that all the shor sharaba is done, I came running back to the forum I love!
All caught up on RR, I still think tonight's episode was more dhamaakedaar than any of the ones that I had seen recently.
As always, it is as if one episode of RR provides you with so many developments and twists, that you wonder whether you watched an hours worth of it!
First let me just mention the scene yesterday when he was on top of her. Haaaye! And the immediate response was both of them flinching off to the opposite sides as if they were electrocuted! I mean, I can expect such reactions from Paro Bai-sa... But Rudra Banna-Sa, she isn't the first woman you have pinned under you... Hain? Hain? Why the virgin-pana then??
Then today's episode... What I'll always say about RR is that each and every character gets their due storyline. And that is what makes RR an amazing show truly.
How terrible was the mithaai baantna today? How underhanded was the technique that Mohini used?
But then... Even more underhanded was what Dilsher did. Woh kehte hai naa, "Zeher ko Zeher hi kaat-ta hai.." It was if the dose of poison that Dilsher delivered, about Mohini not having grandchildren was required to shut her up.
It was wrong... terribly wrong to use this against her. But he was cornered, and he used the last resort possible.
But then Dilsher, what were you thinking?
Now... Now after all this time, when you see someone like Paro, who has the nerves to challenge your boy... who has the nerves to rile him up... And whom you have developed a liking for because of the gol gol rotis... When you see her, you are dreaming about a mushy fairy-tale wedding for your son and him having children in the future?
As Rudra said, "IT IS TOO LATE NOW."
That scene had me shaking. Not only me, my mom was watching with me and even she said that... What amazing portrayal of everyone in their characters today!
The way Rudra's eyes were angered, yet defeated.
The words he used.
Yes, it is all Dilsher and Maya's fault that he is the Jallad that he is today.
But the fact of the matter is, that Nothing can be done about it now.
I am glad Paro was there to see the showdown. It just wouldn't have made that much impact without her there.
The way Dilsher was begging Rudra, not to become like him. He now wants THAT incident to not define Rudra's life... How he is desperately wanting Rudra to remain a human, and not become a bottle of poison.
Seriously Dilsher??
Where was this Dilsher, when he refused his son to live in his ancestral house, and dragged him out of there?
Where was this Dilsher, when Rudra needed a proper upbringing filled with love and support?
Dilsher taunted the growing boy mercilessly... "Teri aankhein uski hai, fudwa le.." Was he not the man who uttered these words?
Was Dilsher not the guy who himself destroyed Rudra's life because of that incident?
The poison today sprouted by Rudra, was a sad truth.
"Der Ho Gayi Ranawat... 15 Saal ki Der Ho Gayi.."
Now there is nothing left. And nobody knows this better than Rudra himself.
He is a bitter empty soul now... And he knows himself to be incapable of Love.
"Sab jal gaya... Ab sirf Barood bacha hai.."
When all of his innocence, his childhood was burnt by his parents themselves, then how dare his father even ask him to be NORMAL now?
Rudra knows he is a monster.
Rudra knows he'll never be able to completely love a woman. Especially a beautiful woman.
And the tragedy is, that he is already falling for a beautiful woman.
