Rules of court-martial

Can anyone clarify me the rules of court-martial ?as far spoilers are concerned, it said that rudra will be thrown out of BSD because of his inability to prove his actions indispensible to his motherland.

No he can't get back its permanent removal plus jail or death sentence for killing of all those baraathis .

So confusing yaar , major his identy so sad

court martial means military court. it dosen't mean permanent removal of army officer.rules and proceedings more or similar to other court proceedings. everybody has right to prove their innocence. it is the duty of accused to prove his innocence with proper evidence. he will suspended from his office till he proves his innocence. rest things will depend upon the verdict of the court

You're right..
But he will be stripped of his stars , badges , gun.
He wont be allowed to interfere with military preceding .
Until he be proven not guilty by the military ... Than he'll get his rank with full military honors..
Sorry i went permanent removal coz of personal experience ... In real justice is not given easily...but in serial it may happen.

Each army differs and has its own laws...

While I have no idea about this, I can be sure I'm NEVER relying on RR to explain what it is!😆
