Adaalat Written Update: 15/02/2014

Episode opens with the view of Mangalam shopping mall, late at night. Its elevator is still moving and a dummy moves his face. It's a stormy night and watchman Sandeep asks a shop owner Verma to leave soon, as its new moon night. Verma gets concerned and leaves. Suddenly the lights go off and Sandeep hears a woman's laughter, and notices a scary figure, a ghost. Meanwhile, a lady outside the mall realizes she left her bag in a shop and enters the mall. She spots the ghost from a certain distance and goes near. She screams after the ghost turns around.

Sandeep again spots the ghost in the gaming zone where Raghu, the mall owner is talking to someone. All the gaming machines start working suddenly and the ghost attacks Raghu. Sandeep runs away and confronts the ghost again.

Policemen arrive and Sandeep is arrested in Raghu's murder. Meanwhile, the mall's other watchman is being interviewed and he reveals that a ghost wanders here since past five years, she's spotted on every new moon night. KD is watching the same interview in his office and he utters that ghost won't need a gun to kill. Vishnu (Jimmy Shergill) arrives there and stresses on the existence of ghosts. He requests KD to save Sandeep who works in his security agency.

KD goes to meet Sandeep. Sandeep reveals that the video game gun aimed Raghu automatically and killed him; he had fired a bullet from his gun, but on Allo, the ghost. KD wonders that how can a fake gun kill a man.

In the court, the prosecutor calls the mall manager Dixit as her witness to stress on Sandeep's motive behind Raghu's murder. Dixit reveals that 10 days ago Raghu had slapped and insulted Sandeep, as his phone fell down after Sandeep's clash with him. Thereafter Verma comes and utters that he saw Allo that night. Next, the other watchman comes and reveals that 150 years ago there was a Shamshan at mall's place and a woman Allo did black magic, she used to kidnap small kids and then sacrifice them. A few men saw her a day and then engraved her alive. They placed a cement slab above that, the slab was broken after the mall got constructed and hence her spirit got active.

Next, Raghu's uncle Rajkumar is called. He tells the court that he tried to stop Raghu from purchasing the land but the latter didn't listen. He further tells that Allo's strength becomes double on a new moon night as she was killed on that particular night only. Prosecutor then shows a report through which it's clear that the bullet was fired from Sandeep's gun only. Sandeep defends himself by saying that he fired Allo.

The lady, who had left her bag, comes in the witness box and reveals that she saw Allo. Thereafter she reveals that she saw Sandeep killing Raghu. Sandeep rubbishes her claims. Vishnu arrives and claims that spirits do exist, his movie promo is shown. Prosecutor then utters that she presented proofs and accuses Sandeep. KD tells the judge that he will visit the mall on the next new moon night.

In his office, Varun and Sunaina are a bit worried. KD tells them not to worry and asks to find out about Raghu's family. Sunaina meets Raghu's family and asks them why he went to the mall at night. They have no answer, Raghu's mother tells her that she stopped him but he didn't bother to listen. Sunaina asks the same question from Kajal, Raghu's wife, she too has no answer. Varun meets Raghu's uncle, Rajkumar. He tells Varun that some people were jealous of Raghu but had no such enmity.

Sunaina gets Varun's call in her car. She tells him that it didn't look like Kajal has lost her husband recently. Varun tells her that he didn't find anything suspicious in Rajkumar. Sunaina spots Kajal going somewhere and follows. Kajal stops her car and moves to talk to someone sitting in his car. Sunaina calls Varun and asks him where's KD? Varun replies he went to the mall. Sunaina further asks why he let him go alone, his life is in danger. Varun replies he gave him a gun and then he proceeds towards the mall.

KD moves in the mall and spots Allo. Suddenly electricity goes off and Allo vanishes too. He then arrives in the gaming zone and the game machine gun aims him. It fires and KD falls down, unconscious.
