i think his flirt wali image is also created by his stupid family to defame him..

here we were expecting that Madhu , like RK, will rise as a superstar, crushing Abhay Kapoor and his arrogance, but what we got was complete opposite..two bhondu characters being manipulated and kicked around by their families, and at the mercy of PK and all the vamps and villains 🥱

Must say you had seriously high expectations from Nautanki. 🤣

They live to disappoint. Any track which has the smallest chance of being liked by the audience (like the lines in bold) is automatically thrown in the dustbin and the crappiest, silliest track is served on the platter.

Agree with u charu. This new season is all abt two brainless ,stupid leads. Rji did a wrong thing by hiding past and identity from madhu. Sr. Madhu was dump bt still better than jr.mads. Characterisation of new leads seems pathetic. I hate myself for bashing Sr. Mads for her hidious tight salwars(I miss those salwars they wwre amazing) and her stupidity, she was too gud actually

Hi everyone

I have been reading EDT forever but did not ever feel the urge to post in it. you guys presented almost all my views in one way or the other. This is my first post .

What I have perceived from the current track is that they want the show not to be about the leads alone anymore. I don;t know if I am making sense. But in the MEIEJ 1 as I would like to call it DVD as RK and Madhu were such strong characters and such good actors that they outshone everyone else. They kept on introducing new characters to take the burden off them and we kept on rejecting them (of course for good reason too). But it was also true that we couldn't let them dilute their characters so others could get more importance be it Sultan or even KRK himself. one reason being that we had seen them as really strong passionate characters.

So I feel makers are in a way playing safe this time by keeping both leads dull to begin with so we are not yelling out character assassination everytime they try to experiment something bcos in a way they have hardly any great character to begin with. Maybe that is also one reason for choosing GU instead of someone else more charismatic. Also this lets the other characters get as much importance and role ( if not more) than the leads. There are quite a few vamps unfortunately but i guess the chacha chachi( if they introduce them) may balance them out.

I am not trying to justify the makers maybe trying to reason them out. This is almost like the Muku time in a way. Beginning of a new serial and I do want to give them some more time to settle things down. Of course if they don;t gear up then STs advise needs to be taken and we have other shows that will interest us more.
