In the month of December a Christmas thread was opened where each member could make another member his/ her Santa and wish for something from them. As it turned out I became the Santa for Deepali (deepa17). She wanted me to write a brand-new Ashni FF. So, finally after almost two months, I have taken up this quest! Deepali, this is for you... Dear Forum members, this is my first attempt at writing something completely alien to me. The characters and back drop of a hospital are inspired from the show KTLK but any and all resemblance ends there. As for the setting, this FF is for the most part set in Chennai with parts of the story going back to Lucknow and Kanpur.
