Sw : But Rey... ( his phone starts ringing. He notices the caller and knows that he can never ignore this call)

Sharon had finished all the paper works with her clients. She was very happy that her company had got the deal. She wanted her sister to be the first one to know but that was not possible.

Sharon dials Swayam's number, knowing very well that her sweet hubby won't make her wait for more than three rings.

The pain had stopped after a few seconds, but those few seconds had felt no less than eternity. She tied her hair in a messy bun and splashed cold water on her face. She leaned on the edge of the basin, thinking about the mark on her wrist - the mark that had some link with her nightmares.
FLASHBACK
A cute, little, 5 year old girl ran to mother, with her left hand in the air. She was too eager to know about the mark on her wrist.
Baby girl : Mom, see I've a weird mark here... (raising her wrist)... look...
Mom : Darling that's your birth mark.
Baby girl : What's a birth mark?
Mom : Hmmm... When you were a small baby...
Baby girl : (pointing towards her mom's stomach) You mean when I was sleeping there?
Mom : (ruffling her hair lovingly) Yes... when you were here... (pointing towards the baby girl's stomach) an angel came and kissed you on your wrist...
Baby girl : (innocently) Is this the angel's lipstick mark?
Mom : (laughing at her daughter's innocence and childish antics) Yes darling.

A small smile was there on her lips. Thinking about those innocent and carefree days of her childhood days with Sharon. While lying down on her bed, she had a small glimpse out of the window. She hated this time of the day when it was neither night nor morning. It was in between. It always reminded her of something people say paranormal - in between life and death. Pushing off these freaky thoughts and imaginations, she tried to again think about her childhood, and was quite successful, except...

She woke up to the sound of her alarm. Still not wanting to get up, she rubs her eyes and slowly opens her eyes. Welcoming the morning, she picked up the photo frame having the pic of her and Sharon, she kissed it good morning, placed it near the window and went to get fresh.
Taking a hot shower, she had a feeling that it was going to be a long day. She dressed up in a full sleeve top, leggings put on a coat and boots. She now had a big job to do - remove the blanket of snow in front of her house. She put on her ear-phones, switched on her i-pod and set to work.

She took out her i-pod and checked if anything was wrong with it. It still showed "LOVE STORY- TAYLOR SWIFT PLAYING". Now that was something unusual for her.

She dropped her i-pod out of fear. Even though the wind was chilly outside, her forehead was covered with beads of perspiration. She was too shocked to move.
"Hey you dropped your i-pod." her neighbour said, picking it up.
Somehow, she managed to mutter "THANKS". She was about to take it when her eyes fell on it's screen. It showed "LOVE STORY - TAHANI AUR HUMARI PLAYING". She froze on her spot.
"LOVE STORY - TAYLOR SWIFT... nice song." her neighbour continued.
She again glanced at the screen. It was "TAYLOR SWIFT". Her mind was full of questions. What was going on? Was that an illusion or ...
